We had a pleasant experience. Check-in was fast and professional, staff spoke English well and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. All we’d need would be a bigger bathtub.

It is a bit disappointing to choose this hotel for my trip. The staff in front desk didn’t provide good customer services. No welcome no smile from them while checking in. I think the hotel management should provide more training for them.
Some of the area in the toilet is a bit old.

The main disappoin**ent of this hotel was in inability of the staff at the reception desk speak English. If you come to the hotel after 9PM it’s better for you to think what will you eat, because there is no any restaurant in the hotel or any reliable food courts/cafes where you can enjoy your late dinner.

The room was fine. The location is however about 10 minutes by car from the more central part of the city therefore you won't find anything interesting to do or eat closeby especially at nights.

酒店第n+2次入住，服務很專業，熱情，整體安靜，前台員工都很敬業，尤其記得有個樑潔（好像是這個名字）女士，給予幫助，非常感謝。大堂吧咖啡很便宜，美式咖啡才28.x元，緊急打印文件，也得到幾位員工協助，下次還會考慮入住金源

推薦入住❤️性價比高，情緒價值高
設施：設施有些老化，衞生間裏木製材料都已經比較殘缺。空調不開的話，房間有氣味，開了就還好。
服務：很滿意.check in的時候給升了房間；有小童登記，還有小童歡迎水果和小玩具、小童拖鞋、小童牙刷；客房服務也特別好，打掃很乾凈，還很周到熱情。
地點：周圍的居民區讓人有熟悉感，吃點當地特色也很方便。出行打的比較便宜，是否靠近地鐵也就不要緊啦！
