Ibis Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Metro Station)

交通位置非常便利，就在鐘樓地鐵站旁邊，出行很方便。頂樓的景觀平台超讚，入住的時候，遇到下雪，玩雪又賞雪，非常讚的體驗。

酒店地理位置非常中心，鐘鼓樓,回民街就在附近，地鐵站就在門口，出行特別方便。工作人員很熱情，升級了房型，還送了新年小禮包。房間簡單乾淨，總體感覺很好!推薦!

房間設施比較新，乳膠床墊和乳膠枕頭非常舒適，贊！熱水很快速方便，中央空調製熱強勁。 酒店就在西安地鐵2號線C口出來的鐘樓9號口，出來後上一個小台階100米就到了，出酒店後200米就是大名鼎鼎的回民街小吃街，在酒店五樓樓頂花園可以清晰近距離看鼓樓。 值得改進的應該是早餐，種類偏少了點，牛奶是奶粉勾兑的……不過瑕不掩瑜，黃金口岸的位置和房間舒適度就很值了。

距離鼓樓鐘樓特別近，而且出門走不遠就可以乘坐地鐵，很方便～房間不大，但兩個人夠用啦！

酒店位置優越，鐘鼓樓和回民街就在樓下，緊鄰地鐵站🚉出行非常方便，出門左轉大廈下就能吃到味道超讚的牛肉餅、胡辣湯、biangbiang麪、水盆羊肉等，圖中這家店味道很贊，還有一個小哥現做的牛肉餅也太好吃了（忘了拍照）一定要去嚐嚐哦！前台接待和保潔大姐都很熱情，就是空調聲音有點大了😂😂😂

Clean room, convenient location (near to subway), friendly staff. Only downside was that the gym had limited equipment. The WiFi was not working for me as well (staff did try to troubleshoot but to no avail).

Good choice for our 3 days and 2 nights at Xi'an. Actually the location is great, easy to be reached by Xi'an Metro and we just need to walk less than 5 minutes to the infamous Huiminje or Muslim Quarter. But we were confused about finding our way to the hotel. After going out from Xi'an Metro exit C ＞ 9 heading to Drum Tower (Gulou), take a stairway on your right side near Starbucks. Follow the corridor then turn right after seeing the first bridge (on your left side). You'll find the hotel signage. About language barrier, yes... Just use your translation apps on your phone for communication. A girl staff who can speak english took us to our room after checking in. But we didn't meet again on the next days. When we need to check out early for catching the next morning flight and want them to call a taxi, they offered us a private car service from their "older sister" (a lady who works as a tour agent at the hotel). They said it would be cost efficient rather than taking a random taxi on the street. We got to paid 60 yuan/person.

the hotel is indeed in an amazing location, very clean and with all amenities. however, the passport of my partner was ripped by one of the staff members at check in, and it was made little to no effort in trying to fix the situation. the explanation was that 'friends with ripped passports could travel anyway', and I am writing this feedback while we are on our way to Beijing to the embassy because it is not valid to travel back to Europe anymore. moreover; no one speaks English, not even the bare minimum, and this whole situation was even more stressful because could not communicate. another minor thing is that we requested to add breakfast for check in, which we were obviously planning to pay for it. since it was stated to be a gift probably because of the situation, we just showed up next morning and when we arrived at the breakfast room it was not sorted. we were so annoyed with the whole hotel staff that we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. it was a very unpleasant experience which ruined our brief holiday in China and the time in Xi'An, especially as we had to spend a lot of time trying to reach our embassy for something which was not our fault, and even replanning the trip. what can I say? thanks ibis for ruining our holiday and make us very frustrated!
