The best things about this hotel were: free laundry and great service. We traveled a lot and this was the only hotel we can wash our clothes and got fresh ones. In fact the staff 严巧玪 and 谢蓉蓉were so helpful that they collected and laundry and folded them and delivered to my hotel room. The shower water was great also. The room was very cleaned and always in order after we return. We loved the breakfast and tea time in the afternoon. The location is awesome very convenient. We highly recommend this one.

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

The Novotel was a bit disappointing. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the inner city so we thought it would be good. The staff were really friendly and forthcoming. The room was a bit average, the Bell tower hotel is far cheaper a bit older but has much bigger rooms. The gym has two running machines and some free weights? Got a better gym in average units in Australia. The laundry facilities are handy and a bonus. Cant say a sink in the main room is a bonus. I can not recommend the breakfast, very low quality fruit and bread I guess its ok if you are into Chinese breakfast and eat meat. The coffee is gross even Macas has better coffee. I would not consider staying here again. To expensive for what you get compared to the other hotels and accommodation available. The location is convenient to the metro, bell&drum tower, mosque, markets and south gate etc

I took my children to travel to Xi'an. I read online that the hotel's location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere. I wanted to travel during the off-peak hours but unexpectedly encountered heavy snowfall when I arrived. I was unprepared and caught off guard. The hotel's front desk provided attentive service and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient. Answered all my questions, and also carefully reminded me of various safety precautions when traveling. The service was super heartwarming. The room was very warm and I felt perfect about my stay💯.

The hotel is located very conveniently, close to attractions and good transport links. however, the hotel is very old, the appearance of the rooms is poor and needs renovation. also the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, my room was very unkempt, there was a bottle cap by the bed from former guests. also litter and dirt. there are smoke marks everywhere. The staff at the front desk was very responsive and tried to fulfill my wishes, helped with every request, both for a room, and helped to pre-book an early taxi to the airport.

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Every single staff member was kind, professional and helpful. They are lovely people who made our stay so much better than we expected. The hotel room was spacious, modern and sound proof. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Not too hard and not too soft, and huge. Two armchairs and a separate day bed gave us plenty of room to relax in our room. The shower had excellent pressure. The projection TV was fantastic. This hotel is also incredibly good value for money. The only negative was people smoking downstairs near the meal area. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Xi’an.

The location of the hotel is invincible. It takes a few minutes to walk to the clock tower and the city wall. It will not be very tired to walk back to the city wall at night with children. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. The top restaurants are nearby. It is not far from the Huimin Street Dapiyuan Sajin Bridge. There are many convenience stores in the drinks store downstairs, and there is a bus stop subway station! Absolute central location! Go live next time!

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Bell Tower and the city wall within walking distance! The staff's service attitude was very good, check-in was fast, and I was assigned a quieter room according to my request! Good points: Nice hotel located just south of the Muslim Quarter and the street connecting the Drum and Bell towers. Good breakfast. Bad points: the floor matting outside the bathroom was dirty and stained. The bathroom is totally open plan with just a curtain. The WiFi can’t be used accessed unless you have a Chinese mobile number, so is basically unusable for international travellers.

Near the Muslim Street, it is still a little distance. When I came, I considered changing the hotel. The second Delta hotel, the internal hotel did not have to say good. The price is indeed high. The software but the service is average, and there is no more quilt. The third one, Meihao personally feels really good and affordable. There is a feeling of going home. Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

The window faces east, it is really quiet, open your eyes to watch the sunrise, the air conditioning is very good, there is no smell, it is estimated that it has been cleaned. Summary: Satisfied with the hotel is just opened, there are a few pots of green dill in the room, guess it is used to absorb formaldehyde, and 2 vases with lilies inserted, with the room decoration, very tuned, we stayed for 5 nights, lilies are all thankful, the hotel can collect lilies. I don't like the taste of lilies so I took it far away. Service: I contacted the homestay before I checked in, and the front desk sent the location, traffic, etc. after adding WeChat. We came late, more than 9 o'clock, so the front desk put the door card on the light outside the door. One day at about 4 pm, white fungus soup was also provided (see luck, not always). There are small snacks at the front desk to eat, and a small gift is given before leaving. Breakfast is OK, on the first floor traffic: very close to the clock tower, very convenient. After the plane came down, the airport bus clock tower station stopped directly 50 meters away from the hotel. The home downstairs can also help to call the drop-off or set a day trip. The homestay is a facility under the home: the new homestay so everything is very clean. The shower water is large, the bathroom is large, the mirror is very wide, the two girls are wearing makeup at the same time, automatic toilet, Dyson hair dryer, small stereo (not connected to the Internet at first, no time to use after repairing), 4 hangers (asked the front desk can give more, no more sad), curtains are opaque, there are eye masks and earplugs, 4 pillows (too high, asked the front desk no low) [Lin Ying] No bathtub hygiene: the cleaning aunt is really general, either forget to add things, or put a clean garbage bag on the bed, or the white fungus dumplings directly pour the toilet and forget to flush it, or the hair is not cleaned. The location is very good. In the Bell Tower community, there are a lot of food in the west gate. After getting off the airport bus, walk in the east gate. It is very close to the Muslim Street. You can cross the road and pass the Drum Tower. The landlord has a very good attitude. She patiently answers any questions. We were worried about it at first. We booked it for three days. Later, we saw that the house was good and immediately renewed it for three days. Good value for money~

We are three people together. My husband and I are downstairs, and my mother will not affect each other upstairs, and we will keep our privacy. The location of the homestay is very central, you can walk to the clock tower and the city wall, it is very convenient to go everywhere. But there will be a bit noisy in the bar street, even though it is soundproofed, it will still be heard. If you are older or need to be quiet, choose carefully. I have earplugs and I can hear singing, but I am tired every day so I have no problem falling asleep. The upstairs is not well ventilated and it will be stuffy and hot, and the hotel is very considerate when it has a fan. It may be that Xi'an is too humid, the walls are peeling off, and the area is relatively small. At this price, the environment in the room will be more improved. The others are very satisfied. There is a bar downstairs where you can have a drink. Young people will like it here. The one who has won my heart is Miaozi, I still miss it very much, I don’t have rua enough haha

The boss is very enthusiastic. Needless to say, the interior decoration of the room is very special and comfortable. The location is suitable. The Drum Tower is very close to walking. The smart bathroom is really convenient. The projection has members. It is really a plus. Although there are many bars downstairs, it is not noisy at all. The sound insulation is really a must. The boss is leaving. I also sent a gift to commemorate it before. I will definitely come back next time.
