This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

The best things about this hotel were: free laundry and great service. We traveled a lot and this was the only hotel we can wash our clothes and got fresh ones. In fact the staff 严巧玪 and 谢蓉蓉were so helpful that they collected and laundry and folded them and delivered to my hotel room. The shower water was great also. The room was very cleaned and always in order after we return. We loved the breakfast and tea time in the afternoon. The location is awesome very convenient. We highly recommend this one.

The Novotel was a bit disappointing. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the inner city so we thought it would be good. The staff were really friendly and forthcoming. The room was a bit average, the Bell tower hotel is far cheaper a bit older but has much bigger rooms. The gym has two running machines and some free weights? Got a better gym in average units in Australia. The laundry facilities are handy and a bonus. Cant say a sink in the main room is a bonus. I can not recommend the breakfast, very low quality fruit and bread I guess its ok if you are into Chinese breakfast and eat meat. The coffee is gross even Macas has better coffee. I would not consider staying here again. To expensive for what you get compared to the other hotels and accommodation available. The location is convenient to the metro, bell&drum tower, mosque, markets and south gate etc

I took my children to travel to Xi'an. I read online that the hotel's location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere. I wanted to travel during the off-peak hours but unexpectedly encountered heavy snowfall when I arrived. I was unprepared and caught off guard. The hotel's front desk provided attentive service and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient. Answered all my questions, and also carefully reminded me of various safety precautions when traveling. The service was super heartwarming. The room was very warm and I felt perfect about my stay💯.

A friendly and shy woman runs this place and she can help you with questions concerning booking events, etc. On our first night we (three people) slept in the ”gambling” room, I assume the owner tried to be nice as many Chinese would prefer a room of this kind. We, unfortunately, didn't like it at all, as we also booked a different room. She was nice enough though to transfer us to two double-bed rooms without any additional fees the next night. All in all I liked our stay.

The B&B is located in Hongxin International Community, very quiet. I booked two rooms and stayed there for four consecutive days. It is convenient to travel and is only a few minutes away from Ningmen subway station. The snack bar downstairs in the community is not very good, and I can’t eat it. However, Heshenghui opposite the community has many delicious food, B1 has many snacks, and there are restaurants upstairs. I recommend Jinjingfu on the third floor. It tastes good. You can also view the city wall on the top floor. .

The location is pretty good, just outside Yongningmen, Wangfujing Department Store is downstairs, and the Yongningmen subway station is very convenient for going to scenic spots and the train station. The room was comfortable, close to the road but quiet at night. The interior is clean and hygienic, with new Chinese design. The service is very good and they respond to every request within their capabilities. We had to get up early to catch the bus, and the hotel would pack breakfast for us. If a friend's child's pants were missing, they would help us find them. The only thing I don’t like is that the front light of the mirror is a bit dull and yellow, which makes my friends and I feel that the makeup doesn’t show up. It is recommended to change to a brighter light. Overall very satisfied! I will consider this place next time I come back.

Simply put I loved it. The position is very good, metro is here, entrance to the city wall too. The room is small but super cozy, everything is automated setting the lights (with different mood presets!), opening closing the curtains. It has a mini fridge!! A big speaker you can pair with Bluetooth to listen to your favorite music! They gave me 5 bottles of mineral water when I checked in. Let's keep hydrated! Stay included breakfast which is delivered to the room at the time you prefer. It has a snack bar on the first floor and I enjoyed the orange juice and the coffee. Shower gel also smells good. Staff is courteous and friendly. I know right now is not a great time to travel but when it will reopen come visit!

how to say Facilities: Overall, it's OK, but the hotel is too hot. The whole thing is centrally air-conditioned. It's particularly bad to wake up at night when the air conditioner is not turned on. There is no refrigeration at all. There is a KTV or bar downstairs, which is very noisy at night. I know that I have to call the front desk to ask them to negotiate for a better sound. In the room next to the sink, as long as I wash my hands and turn on the water pipe, the sound in the room is very clear and I don’t fall asleep. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay Environment: The overall hotel is okay. The breakfast is average. I can't say that there is a lot to eat. It is very rich. The entire breakfast area is not big. It is better because of the geographical environment. The city wall and SKP are close to each other. There is a small snack street downstairs. Service: The service was okay. We booked 3 rooms, but 2 of them were too hot to stay in. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the subway entrance and Yongning Gate on foot. It is relatively convenient. The front desk upgraded our room for free. It has a large tatami and the space is very spacious. I suggest the boss change the room to warm and bright lighting, which will make it feel more comfortable!

Because they were all outside, I didn’t have time to sit on the balcony yet. The room I booked has a bathtub, which the children like. They also provide free disposable bath bags and bubble balls. There is also a small cubicle where you can eat and drink, which is great. The store service is very attentive. Although there is no elevator on the second floor, the staff will help with luggage. Not only does this faucet dessert look great, the kids also love it. It’s a pity that I didn’t have time to eat their Roujiamo!

First thing when arriving we were told we get a free upgrade -larger room and view of the city wall (which was AMAZING). So that was a good start! Staff was helpful, breakfast was great (Chinese, but even my picky daughter found things she liked) and the location is also very good (subway stop takes you straight to the railway station, lots of malls and the southern city wall right there). We even got a lovely local gift when leaving! All in all I would definitely come back!

The hotel as a whole is very worthy of praise. The whole experience can be said to be very thoughtful. The room was arranged in advance after check-in, and I quickly went into the room to rest. The room was very comfortable, clean and smelled great when we entered it. I have to say that I really think this experience is the best among so many cities. Another comment that I must write down is the lady in the restaurant, she is so heartwarming. Although it is a buffet. The cutlery was delivered to me before I even reached for it. The food was very delicious😋 and there were many choices. The eldest sister also patiently introduced their features to me, which I really thought was very good. I also gave a souvenir after leaving the store. It's great, the experience is great, and the facilities and equipment are complete. There is a gym and laundry room, and the parking lot is very convenient. Main level laundry room for quick drying. I really like the smell of this laundry detergent that lasts a long time. I will really choose this hotel next time. Haha, so satisfied. It was amazingly close to the subway 🚇🚇. When I left Exit D of Yongningmen subway, I saw the glass door where the ”Xiancao Apartment” was located as soon as I turned around; the room was simple and elegant, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. I could stand the inspection and picky after I came. 😌😌; The night view is beautiful, the starry sky is a curtain, the city wall is accompanied by the lights and stars, and the dream is happy; I must extend it. Xi'an, the lovely and beautiful ancient city, is reluctant to let me go. It rains every day. I have to wait for the rain to see the city that never sleeps before leaving. 😊😊.

The location is great, right next to the South Gate of the city wall, a few steps away from the metro station. The best shopping centers around, if you’re into that. Minutes away from the very heart of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy. Really no complaints there. Also the stuff is very helpful and understanding. No problem with the late checkout, whatsoever.
