Wuyishan Guanlan Shuyuan Space

A Boutique hotel, we booked two rooms for our mount wuyi stay and both were beautiful, we had a good night sleep. The details of the place is impeccable, speaks tranquility and zen. Service staffs were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was bento style and it’s chefs best for the day, healthy fresh and delicious the best we had tasted during our fujian holiday. We are foreigners, self touring we got lot of help from the reception eg:to purchase impression dahongpao show and how to get around mount wuyi. Tea banquet was nice too we learned the art of tea making, they sell a variety of tea leaves too! It is also nice because it is low peak season They provide pickup service from the train station but was delayed by 45minutes. We were hungry and tired from the train as we have two children and an elderly with us. Hopefully to mitigate late pick up in the future otherwise the stay was excellent!

Stayed at Wuyishan Guanlan Shuyuan Space for 2 nights over Chris**as and the hospitality we received is top-notch. Every corner of the hotel is an art, especially the lobby area. Love that there is a walking path just behind the hotel and we had good morning walks there. The hotel pick up service from the train service was excellent, the food at hotel was amazing. We had a welcome tea and learnt alot about Chinese tea while waiting for our room to be ready. Several spaces to explore within this hotel, and lots to experience. We used their KTV, played a game of GO and had a tea ceremonial class. There’s free bikes for rental if you’d want to cycle at the park behind the hotel. Wanted to try their complimentary hanfu experience but didn’t have the time to do so. Only downside is that next to the hotel has some renovation ongoing but they aren’t a major blocker since the pros overweigh this con. Overall, it feels like an experience similar to a Japanese ryokan. Very holistic and cultural. Special shout out to 燕燕 and 舟舟 for their meticulous attention to our needs!

超級滿意的一次入住 整個民宿的設計感真的是一個很舒適的空間 前台的沙發位，各種步入式的景觀，茶室，還有小院子～景色和建築的設計融為一體～ 特別喜歡這種愜意的可以喝茶看景的空間感設計 民宿還自帶餐廳，早餐是設計好的套餐，午餐晚餐也可以在餐廳使用 這次帶着孩子玩武夷山住了2天，孩子很喜歡！ 住宿裏還包含了火車站接站，聯繫好民宿的管家就會幫忙安排；還有贈送了下午茶+茶藝品鑒～ 這次住的榻榻米房間，床很大，榻榻米的區域用來喝茶很合適～ 可以問酒店借親子自行車哦！很拉風的三人坐，適合溪邊漫步！ 房間內的熱水很熱，唯一的建議是淋浴房下比較慢，水容易撒到外面～還有衞生間的智能馬桶過於“熱情”的自動開蓋歡迎我們🤭🤭🤭

民宿的環境很美，隨手一拍都是大片。房間設施完善，這裏的工作人員很熱情，每天都是笑臉迎人。這邊的餐飲也做的不錯，乾淨可口，非常推薦！！接送車站的司機啊峯主動幫忙提行李！下次去武夷山還會訂他們家。

酒店很新，房間很舒適，位置也很方便， 酒店門口的崇溪步道環境非常好，如果不想去景區人擠人，也可以沿着步道散散步。 管家的服務也特別好，很貼心。 最喜歡的是酒店的茶室和她們自己做的椰子糕。 聽管家説酒店的二期今年10月就會建成，以後如果有機會還會再來體驗。

環境非常好， 配套設施也好， 管家服務藍藍也很好， 接站用的車子也非常好，舒適 手機差點落在酒店，幸好酒店工作人員及時送出來，才沒有耽誤坐動車。感恩。 酒店的服務意識還是挺好，能主動積極的解決客人的問題和需求 提出的建議都能馬上改善： 有待加強的一個是早餐，希望能更食物上豐富一些，選擇性多一點 二樓隔音效果不是太好，一般，負一樓卡拉OK很吵。 打車方便吧，坐公交不太方便。下雨天，滴滴師傅不懂得去負一樓接客人，容易淋雨。 這家民宿算是武夷山民宿裡頭排前三的。 去年才剛修建好。 建議價位能夠在優惠一些，那就更好。 有接站服務非常好， 要是能夠有送站的服務，那就更好。 我兩個女兒很滿意這家民宿。

環境很好也很安靜，隔音還不錯，住靠近樓梯的一間也休息的不錯，樓下有茶室可以體驗泡茶，老闆的審美絕絕子，院子很美，在茶室泡茶整個人很舒緩，整體體驗感很不錯，屬於下次還會來的服務和環境

管家幫我們升級了房間，房間面積很大，有榻榻米的區域泡茶吃下午茶，還有陽台，陽台看出去就是民宿的後花園，一個可以騎行的崇溪漫道，很適合帶小狗去溜達！ 設施：房間內所有物品都是免費使用，有茶包，手工餅乾，武夷山泉水，可樂氣泡水，歡迎水果，咖啡，中午一直在開車沒吃飯，到了房間吃吃喝喝也飽了哈哈哈。 衞生：潔癖患者也覺得很乾凈，榻榻米一點灰塵沒有，可以自由躺下，浴巾和毛巾，床被子也是。 環境：自駕停車有地下停車場，附近吃飯的地方很多，還可以叫外賣，民宿出門就有地方散步遛狗，風景也好。 服務：小姐姐們都挺好。就是希望以後狗狗不能進餐廳可以提前告知，有解決方案，比如可以在户外吃早餐，或者送到房間吃早餐。下早餐去的時候，被告知“不能帶寵物進餐廳也不能坐户外”，那時候很尷尬，還好後面餐廳外面有一個圍爐的地方，我們就端來做那裡吃了。

第一次住店，非常好的體驗，入住前就可以通過微信聯繫酒店的專屬管家，安排接送和茶藝體驗，酒店的環境優美舒適，這次預訂了一個帶户外空間的客房，非常適合安靜地在小園子內放空，早餐很豐富，酒店樓頂還能夠直接看到武夷山，離幾個景點都不遠，而且前台的袁小姐和茶藝課的晏小姐都非常專業和友善，絕對推薦 👍
