五台山景區新開全季，家庭房房間寬敞，床大睡眠舒適，洗澡水水量大，還是應該區分無煙房，不然時間久了味道難消，很難接受。酒店有跑步機和洗衣房，如果不想開車出酒店大門就是9路終點站，十分方便。早餐在一層的餐廳，餐食比較豐富，同價位性價比較高，就是午晚餐的味道比較重，鹹些，口清的朋友需留言備註。

這次出行依舊選擇了全季品牌，酒店坐落於景區內，位置非常好，離五爺廟等廟宇非常近，酒店停車場很大，酒店環境和服務就不用説一如既往的好，真的是有問必答耐心熱情，去過無數景區酒店，能像全季這樣專心做酒店，不搞推銷的太少了，（期間發生了一個小插曲走的時候忘了件防曬服在酒店，前台人員及時聯繫了我，並幫忙郵寄，忘了問小哥哥的姓氏，微信叫Lick的帥氣小哥哥，在此表示感謝）酒店一樓是一家新開的合作飯店，用餐方便，環境乾淨，服務熱情，畢竟景區飯店，價位可以理解，而且貼心的是菜品價位從低到高可以根據自身實際情況去選擇，幾十也能吃好吃飽，也能品嚐到特色菜，菜品口味相對於景區來説做的很好了，菜量也很足，退房時還送了伴手禮，真的是細節做的非常足！總之非常好的一次體驗，以後五台山不二之選！

服務非常棒，比五星級酒店還要好，親切感很強，除了這些，房間免費的礦泉水可以提供好幾瓶，不管是服務還是大廳免費的咖啡，都特別好，酒店離五爺廟很近，酒店提供黛螺頂免費接送，真心是為顧客着想的酒店。房間衞生很乾凈，晚上樑女士還給我送來一份水果，説到餐廳酒店的早餐也很豐盛，味道很不錯，性價比很高！

端午來五台山，酒店整體挺好，前台服務熱情，離店的時候還贈送了水和端午禮物，交通有一點點不方便，如果不是自駕的話，但這和酒店沒啥關係，是整個景區不好打車不好打車，衹能做免費公交，有9路公交到門口，但我們帶了個小朋友，有時候坐公交就沒有那麼方便，然後就是9路公交能到，但是我們每次都沒等到，所以就是腿着走過去，從黛螺頂走1個來小時，還有一次打了個黑的士，然後從酒店去黛螺頂的車還是好坐，回來的真的一次沒做到，然後酒店有一個小缺點，就是洗手枱那稍微有點反味道，有點臭，然後天花板上還有兩個洞，抬頭看黑黢黢的，可能是燈眼沒裝，不太清楚，然後電梯小了些，有一個電梯能直接去一樓，還有一個衹到2樓

這次住宿非常愉快，全季酒店的設施非常好，服務也非常熱情。房間很大，衞浴設施很好，空調設備也很好用。窗外就是美麗的山景。房間裏的小桌辦公學習都很方便，我們住了兩天，房間是定時清潔整理的很好。交通很方便，從北門進景區到光明寺就到，從酒店去黛螺頂有始發9路車。酒店的餐廳也很好。

酒店挺好，很新很乾凈，響應及時，積極主動細緻入微。
辦理入住就有酒店導遊部的導遊來聯繫，十元一個廟講解參觀。
在五爺廟説好去十方堂，結果酒店導遊説十方堂師父不好，帶我們去更正宗的法物流通處——一個名叫八方堂的小店。
反覆確認這個是五台山官方的法物流通處嗎，酒店的導遊信誓旦旦的肯定着。
八方堂的師父憂心忡忡對着我説了一大堆。最後不得不買了兩張200元一張的卡，結果別的攤位同款都衹要15元。。。

非常有幸在五台山全季酒店剛剛開業期間入住，這是我入住的第一家全季，的確實至名歸，符合我的預期。
酒店在景區內，免費公交9號線終點光明寺站，去黛螺頂等核心景區可直達。
早飯很好吃，一碗湯麪慰籍了早起拜過五爺廟的我
房間設施舒適整潔、茶杯等都有全季的特色
服務人員也很熱情專業，感謝專程陪我回房間刷門禁卡的值班美眉。
