The faucet in the bathroom leaked in the evening. trip company promised to give us a 50% refund, but the hotel only returned 56.5 dollars. The final result is only 56.5$

Our room was newly renovated and was beautiful. Water pressure is not great but everything else was amazing. Free coffee is offered in the lobby when the restaurant is closed, however when I went to grab some the pot was always empty. There is free in room coffee. Hotel is popular but rooms are quiet. Never heard anyone either in the hall or in room. Currently their parking garage is under construction so only 2 floors are available for parking but they also have overflow and we never had an issue finding parking even arriving late. Staff were friendly and helpful! Restaurant food was great as well and inexpensive. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Thank you!

The only thing I would have liked were Mayans robes in the room or extra blanket considering it was off peak season. But otherwise this was a very relaxing trip and I would stay here again. The views on the 9th floor were definitely worth it.

Property was nice and beautiful location. The room was a bit dirty and run down. Needed a new table, sofa, and some updates. Met our needs. Only 10 minutes to shops and food.

We stayed only 1 night, but the oceanfront view and access to the beach was wonderful. The kitchenette had small fridge, microwave, 2 stove burners, excellent set of pots & pans, dishware and silverware. No oven. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The suite was comfortable and generally in good condition and clean.

Beautiful ocean front rooms. Furniture was dated in 503. Needs to be replaced but enjoyed an early morning walk on the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. Love this hotel!

The room had a few minor issues...couple of outlets not working, folding door not closing in hall, tub fixtures a little problematic. Otherwise, great view of beach and decent accomodation for the most part. Rate room a 7.5 out of 10.
