"I would like to express my disappointment regarding my stay. I was initially given a room that had an unpleasant smell, so I called and requested a room change. I was then moved to another room, but upon entering the bathroom, I found the toilet unclean, with urine on the toilet seat. As I did not want to complain again, I cleaned it myself. Unfortunately, after taking a bath, I discovered that the bed sheets were also dirty, with stains and hair that clearly were not mine. Due to these hygiene issues, I was unable to sleep comfortably."

"I do not have much to say but this is probably the worst welcoming experience I’ve ever had in a hospitality establishment in Cameroon. The check-in attendant, your very first contact with a hotel, was the most unprofessional, unfriendly, unwelcoming person I’ve ever met. Although the room was alright, there were cockroaches in the kitchen area. I feel really bad for the owners of that property because you can see they have tried to give « some » quality, but obviously upkeep and personnel seem to be an issue. I would definitely or recommend this property considering that there are more and more choices for apartment hotels in Douala."
