Comfort Inn Woodstock Shenandoah

The woman at the reception desk was exceptionally nice. Professional, pleasant and helpful with dining options for the area.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. We did do the breakfast option and was disappointed at 8:20 in the morning there was scraps of muffins, a bagel and other than cereal, there was NO breakfast available.

This is a quiet place but people talking in corridors makes it noisy at time. Otherwise, everything was perfect…including a good breakfast. Thanks !

Comfortable beds and great breakfast. Plenty of options. Bathroom sink was a little slow going down and shower faucet handle was very stiff to turn. But all in all, not bad for the price!

Gentleman at check in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was perfect. Great stay!

I've stayed here several times. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel was comfortable, food and other services were literally across the street, and the hotel breakfast was fine. And the price is right..great value!

The first bedroom was so dirty. Hair was everywhere in the bed and food crumbs. There’s no way they cleaned that room after the last guest. I had to go and get the front desk person to come and see for themselves. He even said yes this is not good. I’ll fix it. He switched my room which was better but still little hair in bed. However, I dealt with it because I was so tired and had been driving for over 13 hours. So I slept in the corner of the bed very uncomfortably. Used my own pillow and blanket and for showers I used my own towel and washcloth. The pictures below are the best I could get with being so tired. I didn’t even bother to keep taking more because I was over the disgust. Oh and front desk told me it’s no excuse but we had our holiday Christmas party so corners were cut. Lol unbelievable. I checked out at 6am ASAP! Didn’t even want to stay for free breakfast.
