Had a lovely stay in a great comfortable room. Host friendly, helpful and cooks a great breakfast! Customer service above and beyond, letting us park before check-in and after checkout, and then kindly posted a pair of glasses back to me, which I had left behind. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great place clean tidy good breakfast lovely staff Rebecca is the perfect host she knows everything about her local area and community. Off street parking warm rooms close to village bars and restaurants and shops a real nice place definitely recommended 🌟

from being greeted at the door by Rebecca, we had a wonderful stay at the Claremont. Room big enough for 3 beds if required, the power shower WOW never experienced one so powerful in a guest house. The water also very hot...... could do with a warning in the bathroom about the temperature though. The breakfast also excellently cooked and hot..... Will certainly be back, thank you for a lovely stay.

Wow what can I say about this B and b amazing breakfast,tidy and clean room the staff are very welcoming to the guest great value for money especially near a great memorial of bomber command I would defo recommend this b and b to anyone who wants to stay

About as good as it gets!! Very comfortable room with excellent bed & good shower, spotlessly clean. The Wonderful staff and terrific breakfast, beautifully cooked and served in a nice room. The Claremont is a historic house and just ideal for an excellent stay. Highly recommended as is Woodhall Spa is an interesting town to visit.

We were going to a wedding in Woodhall spa and chose the Claremont to stay. Very welcoming clean and tidy, the room was large with a large bed large shower and a good breakfast we would stay again. Free parking. Centrally located and convenient.

Stayed here for one night prior to a VIP experience at the East Kirkby Aviation Museum. Perfectly situated at the heart of this beautiful village. Private parking was ample. Rebecca was very friendly & welcoming and the double room was very nice with a great shower and an extremely comfortable bed. Wife & i both slept solidly & then had a perfectly sized & excellent fried breakfast before heading off. We'd be happy to be based there for several days.

I spent 3 months here whilst on a course. Lovely clean room, comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was great too! The most friendly and attentive staff made my home away from home. Rebecca's local area knowledge and top tips made weekends rather enjoyable

Stayed with my wife here on and off for 5 weeks due to a family emergency. The room’s are clean and comfortable. The showers are great. Comfy beds and a lovely breakfast. But the best thing about the place is the staff/ owner/ manager. They were very supportive and Rebecca was also very helpful with her local knowledge and kindness. Great place in an ideal location.
