I had a great stay at this hotel with my son. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to everything. I only stayed one night and I parked my car at check-in and didn’t move it till check-out. I felt safe here and I would definitely book and stay here again.

My wife and I had a fine evening. Hotel was nice. Internet access was spotty, and the remote for the television needed new batteries.

Late check in is the worst system. If things go wrong, like they did for me, there is no one to call for help. I slept in my car for $159 - NO REFUND! DO NOT USE HOTELS THAT DO NOT HAVE 24 HOUR STAFF!

I noticed signs that stated no running, playing around in hallways etc. I saw exactly that. On one occasion children were playing hockey in the lobby during breakfast & banging hockey sticks into the chairs. Children were running around in the hallways & I know events take place at your establishment however I suggest that you have sections for adults & kids. I also stayed on the 4th floor & periodically I kept hearing loud jumping noises above as if children were playing. For future reference I would like to be assigned to a quiet area.

I always stays at this property whenever I am in town because of its consistency with excellent premises, breakfast, parking, nearby restaurants and easy accessibility to the NJ TURMPIKE/ GARDEN STATE PARKWAY and Newark International Airport

The housekeeper only cleaned my room 1 time in the 9 nights I spent there. They said it’s every other day but it’s not true.
The first 2 days was a good breakfast, then they remove the waffles and the eggs were the same all week. They cut the only really good for breakfast.
On a Saturday they rent the lobby and the room were was the tables to eat to a collectionist reunion. Hard to find were to sit to eat breakfast.
Also, all the parking spots near the hotel was taken for no guests, you have to park far away in a snowing day

We try to be refund because I select Woodbury Hampton and you charge my card for Woodbridge! Not the same state I was and I ask you to transfères my reservation to the good hotel, you denied my request! Never again in a Hampton!
