"The hotel was lovely. The staff were really welcoming, happy to answer questions and engaged with our children. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the rooms were set up really well travelling with children. A nice activity pack was given to them on arrival and the staff member was really engaging and friendly. The food was good and the location meant we were close to shops if we needed to pop out for anything we’d forgotten. The town centre was quiet at night and we didn’t hear a lot of traffic or noise once in the room. There is a car park across the road which is less than a 2 minute walk which was great. The whole place was really clean and presentable, we would recommend staying here."

"Booked for an adults family room , but when we got there we were asked if we needed an extra bed bed put in the room for a n extra£45, and I asked why, I was told there was only 1 double bed in there, but I already pre paid for the room for 3 adults, ,but after awhile dispute with the manager they finally put the extra bed in the room at no cost, g to there is no fridge in the room and very limited wardrobe space , but if you need somewhere cheap for a night or 2, it’s ok, bed was comfortable"
