"Consecutive stay - when i extend the room key access, additional deposit was charged. Reflected my comments to Hilton and the manager said will offer 10k points. However he hasn’t responded for a week on my additional query and I have yet to receive the points. Disappointing experience"

"We stayed at Woking town centre on 18/04/2026 having booked an early check in. On arrival & given our room we were disappointed to discover our room had not been serviced so we returned to reception to rectify. The staff were so apologetic and could not do enough for us while we waited for a new clean room to be allocated. Maisie in particular stood out as a highly professional and friendly member of staff, she could not do enough for us, we were given coffee while we waited along with biscuits & croissants. She went above and beyond customer service requirements & also let us park free of charge 😊 just wow what a lovely lady & an absolute asset to premier inn Woking ( we would stay here again just to thank Maisie ) We were allocated a new clean room and were very happy. We happened to mention that the reason for our stay was a birthday so were surprised to the max that on our return that evening at approx 11.30pm our room had balloons on the bed, a birthday card,confetti & birthday drinks on the table!!! What a lovely touch 💕 We would like to say a massive thank you to the staff & especially Maisie 😊 she is a real asset to this hotel. Caroline & Steve ( we will be back )"
