Hotel Winters

Being pleasantly surprised when you have no expectations is one of life's greatest happenings. Didn't know what to expect of Hotel Winters as the town is not one I was familiar with and Hotel Winters is the lone hotel for miles. Once inside the hotel walls, what a well appointed, classy hotel. The whole property, lobby, hallways and rooms have high ceilings which immediately give the feeling of a grand, spacious area, I felt at ease as soon as I stepped inside the lobby. Check-in was quick and efficient which is what I wanted as I arrived past 10 pm. The room was very spacious, again high ceilings, large bathroom with lots of counter space, a big plus in my book. The best part of this whole hotel, it smells clean and fresh. There is definitely a scent being pumped into the air, but it's not too strong. Just enough to make someone think "That smells nice," without being overpowering. If I had to nit pick, the armoire in the room felt out of place, it stuck out almost as if it was an afterthought. Water pressure in shower could be stronger. Had dinner at on-site restaurant one night, food was good, service was friendly and fast. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Hotel Winters was an amazing experience! I was pleasantly surprised by the special charm the town had. There were many boutique and elevated stores and restaurants with a variety of wineries in the area. Hotel Winters is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at and is so spacious. The on-site restaurant, Carboni’s, was also fantastic. One of my favorite things was the on-site coffee bar that offered lattes and more. I am not a huge coffee drinker so I always love having options at the hotel itself. Loved loved loved my stay!

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. They always had a smile on their face. The spa was relaxing and food was great at the Resturant. Winters is a beautiful town and a great community. I highly recommend stay here if visiting the area.

We are a group of friends that have known each for over 50 years. One of us has a daughter and granddaughter in Winters and we were all invited for a Halloween party. We were very excited to be staying at Hotel Winters again as we love it! The staff was so accommodating and we were not disappointed with anything. Cannot wait to go again!

This property is always our choice whenever we travel to Winters to visit family. Our experience is that the hotel is always sparkling clean inside and out and the rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The staff is always polite, professional and very concerned that you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The on site bar and restaurant are top notch with delicious food and attentive servers. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here, you will be well taken care of from check in to check out!!

Our stay was great checking was very easy and our room was clean and comfortable. We came in for a wedding. It was centrally located and close to the venue which made things easy. The Hotel was very clean and peaceful. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pool in the courtyard was very peaceful while waiting to meet up with family. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the area. Had a great stay!

We travel up and down the West Coast several times a year and are always looking for new places to explore. Winters is a delightful small town and this Hotel is a gem. Stylish, impeccably clean and centrally located. Small touches like lovely ice tea and water service in the lobby, a glass of wine is offered make the check in process pleasant. The rooms are very spacious and an awesome shower. We will definitely keep this location on our short list.

We stayed at Hotel Winters for one night on our drive south from Washington State back to Southern California. We thought we'd treat ourselves to a suite after our long, much less luxurious month-long adventure. And Hotel Winters did not disappoint. This corner suite was unbelievably spacious, the king bed incredibly comfortable, the bathroom as large as I've ever seen in a hotel and the bottle of wine they gave us on check-in provided the perfect vibe. Frankly, we were simply blown away (I betray my age with that expression:-)! We'll definitely stay there again when we have more time to enjoy what Winters has to offer.

For such a beautiful and expensive hotel, receptionists did not extend any welcome to the guests, not to us only, but to many that we observed at our time that we spent at the lobby. Internet speed was not good except at the lobby.
