Picked my room through the Hilton app and said I was checking in at 3. At 3:45 my room wasn't ready and they didn't know when it would be. Received welcome text message asking how everything was about a hour later. Responded that I hadn't gotten my digital key yet as my room wasn't ready so I didn't know how things were. There was hair in the bathroom, trash left in the basket under the sink, glass/water marks on the table besides the bed from prior guest. Needed to run the hot water a minimum of 5 minutes to get a hot shower, there was a suction like sound between my room and the air vent in the hallway that was constant and hard to sleep with. Asked and received a late check out, only to have housekeeping knocking at 11:02 telling me it was past check out time. In my 3 experiences at the front desk, not once was I recognized as a Diamond member.
