Premier Inn Winnersh Hotel

It was good service pretty clean and friendly. Not in a bad location

The staff are incredibly customer focused, hotel is spotless, bar and restaurant are excellent with a fine selection of food and drinks.

Rooms clean and beds really comfortable. Only slight ****** - there was no shaver plug so had a flat toothbrush! Location was great for our needs as 5 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute journey to Ascot. The staff, especially the lady on the late shift, was really friendly and welcoming. Didn’t have to walk far for food as a steak house was adjoined and the food was great.

The usual very good standard for Premier Inn and fine for our group's one-night stay. However, I'd like to add to all the thanks to the staff and especially Lucy on Reception. I managed to lose my credit card, despite searching the room and bags. Some time after checking out and leaving I took a call from Lucy saying someone had found the card in the car park and had handed it in. She'd taken time to track through all the recent guest records with my name, retrieve my details and then phone me. She then kindly sent the card back to me, so just superb customer service all round. Thank you Lucy - you are a star!

This hotel is very conveniently located and the staff are friendly and really helpful. Lucy went above and beyond when she returned some things we'd left in the room by mistake, which we are really grateful for. We've stayed there twice now and it's very clean and comfortable too.

This is a great ON BRAND Premier Inn. But the reason this location excels, are the staff. BIG SHOUTOUT to Lucy, who ensured our stay was 5 STAR from check in to check out. Rooms/Beds are GREAT ! My mother enjoyed her dinner in the attached restaurant, and we grabbed some coffee’s from the adjacent Costa.

Didn't interact too much with staff as they were rarely there. Think it's a crime to charge £10 fir early check in when it'ds only an hour early, it never used to be that way. It's OK if you wanted to check in before 13.30. The hotel is very quiet despite there being main roads and a railway line. We had a room at the back and barely heard the trains. Cooked to order breakfast is ideal and the poached eggs are amazing. The food in the Bar + Block restaurant is very, very good

Good hotel, great staff, clean, comfy, evening food reasonable, breakfast freshly cooked to order which is so much better. Accessible room great as bed could be raised.

We had a lovely sleep in a comfortable bed. We left early to go out with Mum for the day and were greeted in reception by the lovely Francesca. She looked up, smiled and said “hello how nice to see you again how are you both” . Of all the people she must see how nice it was that Francesca remembered us. It made us feel special. We would like to thank all the team at Winnersh for always making our stay a happy one.😊
