Dilly - Das Nationalpark Resort

We had booked the specific hotel mostly for the childrens' activities and facilities in the hotel as well as other activities in the area which were advertised on the hotel's website as being included in the price (the cost of the activities would be deducted from the hotel bill at check out), or at a discount when being a resident of the hotel. Upon arrival I specifically enquired about these activities and I was told by a staff member (that did not speak english at an adequate level) that all information is on the website and that I should scan the QR code found in my hotel room to see the activities details. After scanning the QR code, I could not find anywhere on the website clearly which activities are included in the price, which were at discount and which are at full extra cost. Later on the first day (around 9:00-9:30 pm), I went back to the reception to ask for clarifications. There was only 1 staff member present in the reception area. This staff member seemed to be serving both the reception and the adjacent bar. I asked again for a clear list of activities and their prices / discounts. I got the same response that everything was on the website, so I specifically showed him from the hotel website some activities (summer toboggaging, high ropes course, cable cars and chair lifts) and he confirmed to me that these activities are included in the price (i,e, that you pay for them and then get these paid amounts deducted from your final bill). The next day we went for the Wurbauerkogel Chairlift, and the toboggaging. While on the mountain, I called the hotel and the same staff member that I had spoken to the previous night answered the phone. I asked whether the archery activity is included in the price, to which he confirmed that it was included, and I specifically enquired whether it was fully deducted from the price or only a discount would be made and he confirmed that it was fully deducted. In terms of the activities organised by the hotel and advertised on the website, again no list could be provided apart from the weekly schedule of the childrens club which was provided to us in German and we were told to look on the website for the English version. Upon a couple of enquiries at the reception for these, we were directed to ask the person at the Children's club, which we did, to realize that the person was completely unaware of some of these activities (footgolf, family golf, fishing for kids, chaos family puzzle hunt, snow torch-lit walks) and he was going to check and come back to us. He only called us back on the end of the day while we asked in the morning (bearing in mind that we had booked a 3 night stay), to say that these activities are not provided. Before reading the next section for context I should clarify that this is a family run hotel and the family is fully involved in running the hotel. We stayed two nights in this fabulous resort hotel and would love to return. Excellent standard of accommodation, facilities and food. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke superb English. The swimming pools are fabulous and the scenery is breathtaking. We can thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Very nice staff, makes you feel like home! Wellness area is perfect, lot of content for all family members. Food was really good and rooms are nice. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. In Fitness area competent coach.

Tolles Wellnesshotel mit eigenem Golfplaz in herrlicher Natur. Das umfangreiche Wellnessangebot und das ausgezeichnete Essen lässt das Herz höher schlagen. Das Personal und die Familie Dilly umsorgen die Gäste mit freundlichem und unaufdringlichem Service.

Wir waren im Mai für eine Klausur 2 Nächte im Hotel Dilly. Ich kannte das Hotel ja schon davor und zwar als der Zubau noch eine Baustelle war. Ich muss sagen, die Erweiterung des Hotels ist echt toll geworden. Ich hatte sogar eines der neuen Zimmer und war wirklich beeindruckt. Sie sind sehr schön geworden. Die Anordnung rund um den Schwimmteich finde ich wirklich toll. Einzig der Wasserfall ist etwas laut in der Nacht (wenn man bei offener Terrassentür schläft). Mich hat das nicht gestört, könnte jemand anderen vielleicht nicht so gefallen. Der neue Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön geworden. Ich habe die Sauna ausprobiert und war komplett alleine. Das Essen ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Der Seminarraum ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Dieser hatte auch eine tolle Terrasse. Das Hotel Dilly hat wirklich mittlerweile ein hohes Niveau. Sowohl für private als auch für geschäftliche Aufenthalte kann es uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Einfach top das Hotel Ihre familiäre Atmosphäre" ist traumhaft 👍 Was sie alles auf die Beine stellen für klein und groß . Sogar der Osterhase war da für die kleinen Gäste. Und sonst das ganze Team Top ,freundlich und auf Zack . Besonders ist es das die ganze Familie mit im Hotel arbeite ( für keine Arbeiten zu haben ) Top

Ich war schon des öfteren im Dilly Wellnesshotel in Windischgarsten. Das erste Mal bin ich alleine angereist & sonst immer mit meinen beiden Kindern, die jetzt 5 & 4 Jahre alt sind (wir waren schon mindestens 5x dort). Es war immer wieder ein Traum & meine Kinder sind total begeistert vom Kinderclub & von der Betreuung. Diese ist sehr einfühlsam, liebevoll & kompetent. Sie gehen auf das Kind ein & man braucht sich überhaupt keine Sorgen machen, sodass man (in meinem Fall) als Mama einfach mal die Ruhe genießen kann. Auch wird in der Kinderbetreuung mit den Kindern gemeinsam gegessen (Mittag- & Abendessen). Das Kinderprogramm ist auch sehr abwechslungsreich. Essen ist sehr vielfältig & sehr gut & das Buffet ist immer sehr sauber gehalten & es war nie was leer,- also auch die, die schon zum Schluss hin zum Essen kommen, haben alle Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt & mit Liebe für den Einzug vorbereitet. Alles sauber, einfach Top. Wenn man wo Hilfe braucht (wie ich zB damals beim Heizkörper), habe ich einfach die Rezeption angerufen & der junge Herr, der gekommen ist, war sehr nett & hat mir alles gezeigt & erklärt. Auch war er sehr geduldig, als ich es beim ersten Mal nicht verstanden habe. Von der Rezeption angefangen, über das Zimmerpersonal bis hin zu die Restaurantmitarbeiter ist jeder einzelne sehr bemüht um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste, sehr zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl an Wellnessangeboten ist auch top & es ist überall genug Platz. Kurz um: Einfach zu empfehlen!!

Auch als Geschäftsreisender wird man im Dilly’s freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Super nettes Personal, super nette Inhaber, eine tolles Hotel mit spitzen Essen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne ins Dilly’s, der Kurzaufenthalt ist eine kurze Auszeit vom Alltagsstress. Ob Wellnesdörfel oder Top Golfplatz hier passt einfach alles!

Wir waren nun zum 3. Mal im Dilly, dieses Mal in einer Gartensuite mit Sauna am Balkon. Zimmer top, Essen ausgezeichnet! Unsere Mädels (6+10) waren vom Jugendraum und Spielzimmer begeistert. Auch die Hasen im Streichelzoo wurden täglich besucht. Wir freuen uns wieder auf einen Besuch im Sommer, denn den Spielplatz draußen ist wirklich super!!
