Beautiful location with wonderful customer service - especially Jennifer at the front desk (who also led a delightful painting class!). Don’t forget to pack a swimsuit for the saltwater pool and walking shoes for the Windham Path. Great coffee and great food - especially the pastries.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an amazing time here this past weekend. The Hester Street Fair was an absolute blast! From the delicious food to the great music and all the fun activities, we had a fantastic time. We couldn't resist stopping by the bakery multiple times - those fall beverages were just too good to pass up. The team at the bakery is truly top-notch. The atmosphere there is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. I especially want to shout out the hardworking gentleman who served us our drinks - he was on top of everything! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but his service was so great that I'll definitely be returning. Can't wait for our next visit here!

Room we were in had no heat. When I checked out, I asked the manager to call me to discuss. The manager never did. Also, the person at reception made a snarky comment about it being "hard to figure out." Just plain lousy customer service. No heat at these prices is not acceptable

Many things to say about this hotel. First, I paid $500 including taxes and “resort” fees for a one night stay. This is high for the quality of room that I stayed in. The room was described as a “stream side” queen room but I had a view of the parking lot. Also, the pictures on the website do not match the actual room I stayed in. Additionally, the price was much lower than when I booked eight months prior, but they would not honor the current lower price or upgrade my room. There is no heat either; instead there is a window unit that is extremely loud, so we certainly weren’t going to keep it on all night. Walls are paper thin too, so we heard our upstairs neighbors.

$1,000 for a painful experience. The first night we had to evacuate into 30 degree weather due to a false fire alarm. We returned to our room but the heater did not work (other guests had the same issue). It was FREEZING cold. And the room across from us (411) had a barking dog. Oh yeah. No coffee in the room. Had to walk to the main bldg. in 30 degree weather & PAY $25 for 4 coffees. The workers in the cafe were unhappy campers. If we had not paid the whole cost of the stay up front I would have NOT paid for this hotel. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff were courteous and tried to be helpful. Avoid this place.

Mix up over a room for my nephew's wedding where I got charged almost $600 for a room that was not used. Called numerous times without a call back from the manager Joe. Terrible terrible customer service. What does it take to return a call? If you are considering holding a wedding or important occasion here I would question their commitment to your well being rather than just take your money.
