I sure wish we had found this hotel.before. the room is extremely spacious, the kitchen was large and had everything to be functional. We are a family of 4 and this gave our 10 yr old granson room to play and us room to relax .

Very clean, gorgeous courtyard with nice grill, patio sofas, amazing landscaping! The staff was so sweet and courteous with every interaction. This was our second stay here and definitely will return!

Great stay as usual. Always stay here when visiting Wilmington! My whole family stays here when in town. My suite is lovely. Very clean and nice. Great staff! Close to Restaurants and the Beach. Looking forward to my next stay!!!

The room was clean and quiet. Close to restaurants if you needed but had a full kitchen.Bed was comfortable. Didn’t use pool or exercise room. Room was large with a worn area. Only complaint was I would have liked two chairs instead of the office chair. Had grill area outside.

Front desk very friendly. Room clean . It had fridge, range, microwave, 2 queens beds , 2 tvs, living room and bedroom. Rooms has some updates. Could use more but clean no bugs. Breakfast back to normal. Waffles, eggs, meat, bagels, Danish . Ect

We had a nice visit here. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean. The couple of minor issues we did have the staff quickly took care of them for us. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was good for most. One of us has gluten sensitivity but the rooms have a little kitchen so we’re able to make their own breakfast. Still had plenty of coffee and tea. We are definitely staying here again!!

After driving through the night from Michigan in a rainstorm to make a family funeral, we were told our prepaid reservation would not be honored and they would a. Not allow checkin because the night manager had “already run his reports” and b. We couldn’t use any room (despite prepaying) to change for the funeral in a couple hours without paying for another night (even though checkout wasn’t for another 4 hours for our reservation. DISapponted doesn’t explain the feeling when we were dealing with deep grief, physical exhaustion and customer service that set itself apart as arbitrary and pernicious. If I were a mystery shopper for the Mainstay coropirate office- I’d have a series of recommendations that began with a question: “what client experience are you hoping to achieve that will help you to better compete for your target customers in your target markets?” The one I received will cause me to never frequent the chain and encourage others to avoid as well
