Lovely room and experience. The rooms were clean and nice to stay in.

The managers are rude and entitled, they didn't even care to listen to our concerns let alone help to fix any of them!! This hotel is dirty, the floors are gross,one morning they had an actual MOUSE on the counter 😮‍💨 The breakfast was horrendous and overpriced. We miss the lady Tammy that was always working though the week for breakfast, she always went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything even if it didn't have anything to do with breakfast

The beds are very comfortable, the room is clean and the staff are polite. I am giving two stars for no free breakfast buffet. The only option is an on site overpriced Starbucks. A key feature of Courtyards is the free breakfast. Writing more as a min. of 200 characters is required.

This hotel is very nice and everyone is great with the exception of the General manager Alan. I hope you do not have any issues because is less than friendly. We booked through the bonvoy app an Executive King Suite which states it has a fridge, stovetop, silverware, pots and pans and cleaning supplies. After we checked in for our 5 night stay we realized the Executive Suite has only a microwave and mini fridge. Alan’s solution was we could check out and stay somewhere else. Customer service at Marriott told us we should not have checked to the room if we were not satisfied. I’m flabbergasted because where are you able to look at the room prior to check in? She dismissed our concerns so we sought out help with corporate:) the website has not been corrected so I’m just warning everyone if you book a suite at this hotel, do not trust the website! None of the suites have kitchenette’s! Only a mini fridge and microwave! And good luck with Alan!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. We visited last weekend and as per the front desk staff ALL OF THE ROOMS and HALLWAYS HAVE BEEN REMODELED!! It smelled fresh and new!! The front desk staff were nice and efficient. There was a little store at the front desk. They also have a bar open at night and open for drinks in the morning. Rooms were very clean. The bathroom had a shower with a sliding glass door. The bed was comfortable. They kept the older style flat screen tvs which is fine by me. We had access to Netflix without having to use our own log in. The heater is the old style heaters hotels use that are on the wall. It was loud at times. I also don't mind this because it offers white noise. The hotel was quiet at night and we were there on a weekend. The room comes with a Keurig coffee maker with decaf and regular coffee pods and a mini fridge and microwave. The gym is small, but also has been remodeled and has NEW equipment. The breakfast is $10.95 and is your standard breakfast that is usually free at other Marriot chain hotels. The elevator was working! The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. The parking lot was safe and well-lit. Don't believe the bad reviews.

I booked a one night stay so my wife and I could ski a couple of days at Bolton. I was a bit hesitant at staying here after reading the reviews but decided it was the best option in the area as the majority of hotels in the area received mixed reviews as well. As soon as I walked in the lobby I noticed how updated the hotel was. All employees were polite and helpful to speak with. Our room was very clean and updated, we were located on the first floor with easy access to our vehicle and lobby. Noise was of no issue even though the hotel was busy with travelers and the highway was behind the hotel. Unlike some hotels in the area, this one is not located directly in line with the Burlington airport. We did not use the pool or fitness center but what we could see of both areas, they looked clean and updated as well. Breakfast was not included with our stay but we decided it was easier to eat there, especially since it opened at 6:30. Total for a buffet style breakfast for two of us was $24. Although not an outstanding meal, it satisfied our hunger. Besides bagels, yogurt, and waffles, they offer cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit, scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon & sausage. And the coffee was very good as well. A lot better than the Keurig in the room. I’m not one to write reviews but felt this was necessary given all of the poor reviews of this place. Maybe it’s because their renovation work is pretty much complete but it’s a place I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in again when we travel to the area.
