Being fairly new to the BB experience, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Breakfast was fantastic and the Reagan room was comfortable, clean and nicely maintained. The hosts were fantastic and we enjoyed our evenings sitting outside talking with other guests! It was the best part of our trip!

This is a lovely enough inn but I have to say kitschy is not my thing, if it's yours then you'll love the place. The proprietors are warm and welcoming. I think the rooms could use a little work and 2 options for breakfast would be better than one, but it is what it is. The duck tape over many of the wall switches in the rooms is a bit off putting! 3 stars.

Such a welcoming place to stay...we loved the Reagan Room and all the fun nods to former Presidents. The food was spectacular...so much so that I emailed the hostess for her recipe! The hosts were friendly and professional. Would stay here anytime!

Absolutely delightful stay at this stunning property. We were very late arriving so sadly missed out on the drinks reception but we were shown to our beautiful Ronald Reagan suite which was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very peaceful. Met some very friendly guests over a delicious breakfast and the hosts were incredibly kind. Our only sadness was we could only stay for 1 night. So many interesting artefacts throughout the property. Would definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable accommodations, white tablecloth breakfast, and the perfect station on TV turn on, what more could you ask! Parking signs for all! We have experienced the complementary wine meet and greet at other B&Bs, and it was the deciding factor in our booking. John and Debbie great hosts!

This is a unique place - loaded with history and memorabilia throughout the inn and rooms. Presidents are the main theme. Very clean place with nice outdoor space and themed rooms. Great breakfasts and friendly hosts. .7 mile walk gets you to Colonial Williamsburg.

We had to cancel our reservation five days out because of illness, so never got to stay, but I’m glad we didn’t. The proprietor would not work with us in any way to change the booking to another date, charged us the full fee and was quite rude about it.

What a gorgeous place to stay. It’s presidential themed and in a great location, with free parking (even that is presidential themed!), although you can walk to Colonial Williamsburg in 15 minutes. There are cookies/sweet treats each evening and fabulous breakfasts included (eg French toast, waffles). Our room was really big with a lovely space to read and relax. And Shannon was really lovely, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay at this charming B&B. Picked the Kennedy Bedroom and it was outstanding choice. Everything you could want for a romantic getaway. Very quiet as you wouldn’t have even known that there were eight other guest rooms in the house until breakfast the next morning. And the breakfast they provided was truly outstanding. The hosts do a great job in making your stay a delight!
