Four star hotel giving five star quality! My wife and I stayed for a week, skiing and enjoying the excellent facilities. The sauna and swimming pool areas are excellent with towels, gowns and shoes provided. Breakfast provided hot and cold choices with first rate selection and fresh juices (really fresh, not concentrate). We opted for half board and as well as an excellent evening meal (6 courses on one evening), we were invited to have hot snacks/pastries in the afternoon. The wastlhof is very convenient for the ski slopes and skiing to a spot just across the road is possible from either the black run down the mountain or a blue track from the main learner slopes. Getting to the gondola for early birds means walking as the feeder button lift does not start until 9am. This is a fabulous place to stay but the icing on the cake was when the owner stepped in to help when our travel plans back to the airport fell through.

.Wastlhof was a wonderful choice .excellent rooms, excellent views, excellent food .But first of all and most important was the service .The ladies who clean, the waiters and of course family Brunner the owners Thank you all the staff

Very nice hotel run by family Brunner. The hotel was very clean and neat. Room was comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. The indoor swimming pool was a very nice spot to relax after a day of skiing. Staff was very friendly and cooperative, always going the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Breakfast and dinner were included in the room rate and were of outstanding quality. Food was fresh and tasty. Location was very good, close to ski slopes, supermarkets and restaurants. We had an excellent stay and we are looking forward to come back on next season.

We have been to the Wastlehof many times in Winter to Ski. It is simply brilliant and explains why we 'love' it and have been so many times. We will continue to do so for many years to come without any doubt.

Family run hotel with all the facilities you could ask for, a good restaurant providing a great evening meal and a wonderful breakfast. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a spa area. 2 minute walk across the road to catch the ski lift and lift tickets are available at reception or hop on the ski bus which stops virtually outside the hotel. Staff and management at the hotel could not have been more helpful.

Hotel Wastlhof is als thuiskomen! Bekende en altijd vriendelijke gezichten, gastronomisch verwend worden, uiterst proper hotel én kamer, ruime kamer, voor elke vraag komt een oplossing; na 17j voelen wij ons thuis en we komen zeker terug!

Wir waren in diesem Jahr zum dritten Mal dort und freuen uns jedes Mal aufs neue. Die familiär Atmosphäre ist als, wenn man nach Hause kommt. Das Team und auch die Küche sind spitze und natürlich die Chefin ( Margit ). Die Vorfreude ist jetzt schon wieder für dem Januar, wo wir wieder dort sind.

Super hotel, heel familie vriendelijk. We hadden een appartement aan de overkant. De kinderen liepen via de ondergrondse tunnel veilig naar het zwembad. Leuk binnen- en buiten zwembad, relaxte tuin erbij, manege erbij, speeltuintje voor kinderen. Appartement was groot, ruim en heel chique Oostenrijkse stijl. Elke dag schoonmaak. Uitzicht was prachtig van het grote balkon. Je liep zo naar de gondel lift om de mooiste bergroutes te gaan wandelen. Elke dag van 13-17 koekenbuffet (dat betekent met soep, brood, toetjes, drinken en salades) en vanaf 18.30 diner: meerdere voorgerechten en hoofd- en dessert. Ben zeker aangekomen door het lekkere en vele eten daar. Ik ben gevoelig voor geluiden en het appartement is erg rustig. Let wel op: in 2026 zal er weer een week “Talfest” zijn in Niederau: we hadden de pech dat de feesttent (savonds, overlast tot snachts) naast het hotel stond. Wellicht dat dat in 2026 weer is. Dat weet ik niet. Het hotel kon hier niets aan doen en heeft toch ruim gecompenseerd voor de overlast.
