Dar Atlantic is a beautiful place to visit while being in Fez city, it is a cozy Riad heartwarming and welcoming. I love its localisation, near the centre of the old medina and its Terasse is breathtaking you will see the most beautiful sunset. The staff are friendly and nice. I would surely recommend it.

The main issue with this hotel is the location - it is a bit far from old fes and the markets. Also, while it is next to a mall - as noted by others - who cares, the food places there are mediocre fast-food places. Our rooms (we had two) were clean and quiet - if also dated. Service in the hotel was attentive and friendly. We didn't have dinner or lunch here (there is a restauarant on site as well as a small cafe next to the swimming pool), but the breakfast buffet was vast and largely very tasty. The pool was very large and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Prices were very resaonable (mid-range). Except for the location, I would recommend this hotel for those who want a quiet, comfortable, hotel at a good cost.

We spent 2 nights and dinners in this Ryad. Anouar just opened up, it's beautiful, calm, and the food is delicious. A massage on site after 1 day walk in the sok, then a traditional couscous, that you can ask more! Located in the heart of the world's largest medina, it is a place that we advise you to discover. Enjoy it before it is complete :-) And you will even be surprised to have Moroccan cakes offered in your room

The hotel is a wonderful place to rest and move through the medina. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The terrace of the hotel, a good one to drink something while you see the evening.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price. We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis. Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance. The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff. Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay. The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure. The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge. Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must admit that my experience was less than satisfactory. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it was advertised as wheelchair-friendly. However, we were surprised to find steps leading into the entrance and small rooms, making it challenging for individuals with mobility issues. Additionally, the lifts were exceptionally small, causing inconvenience and discomfort, especially when carrying luggage or during busy times. It was disappointing that the accessibility and space were not as expected. We also encountered a language barrier when trying to communicate about laundry charges. We felt like we might have been overcharged, but it was difficult to clarify the matter due to the language issue. On a positive note, most of the staff were very friendly and polite, and their efforts to assist us were appreciated. However, the lack of water or glasses in the rooms was a surprising oversight, and it affected our overall comfort during our stay. Furthermore, the location of the hotel didn't have much around that was open. This limited our options for nearby dining or activities, making our experience less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had several faults that affected our stay. While the friendly staff were a bright spot, the issues with accessibility, small lifts, lack of amenities, and limited nearby options left us feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience to meet the expectations of their guests.

We had a magic moment or 1 night was 1000 nights. The staff is welcome to small care, you can enjoy the historical knowledge of the receptionist who will guide you for a very good stay in Fes. The hotel is a wonderful architectural architecture with a genuinely beautiful decoration or you can feel the soul of the well-thinking accompanied by a charming swimming pool. We had not taken time to enjoy the food that must be as good as the place, except the breakfast that was cool and good.
