Ring Hotel

DO NOT STAY! I stayed at this hotel for one day a month ago, and I’m still waiting on my dispute to settle because they double charged me for a full week and refuse to give me a refund! However, the worst part is I could only stay in that place for one day because of how poor the room was. Do not believe the pictures you see on their website. Tape peeling off of the lamp shade, paint peeling off the wall with mold behind it, old disgusting showers, no parking! You have to park 3 blocks down at the closest parking garage so I hope you don’t have too many bags to unload. 100% do not recommend. I would’ve had pictures, but the only thing I could think about was get out, and completely forgot to snap the photos.

The room was clean enough but we were unhappy to be told that all payments had to be in cash "because the credit card reader was broken." The desk clerk said it had been 'broken' for months. Then, the promised receipt never materialised despite my continually asking. At least when the office was open which seemed to be 2-3 hours a day. Something other than hosting guests is going on with this hotel.

Gute und günstige Unterkunft. einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass in der Reservierungsbestätigung der Zeitpunkt des Einchecken ab 12:00 beginnt. Das ist leider so nicht korrekt. Die Rezeption ist erst ab 15:00 Uhr besetzt. Die Reservierungsbestätigung sollte man dementsprechend anpassen.
