Fairfield Inn & Suites Wichita East

There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the rooms. They were very nice when we need items like ketchup and pool towels.

My husband and I stayed here in a king suite for a conference at the Marriott next door. All good! Easy walk to Marriott, the bed and room were very comfortable. I really liked that the sofa and desk were next to the window rather than the bed. Would stay here again!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Wichita. This Fairfield is one that I have now stayed at twice and it is one of my area favorites. Four things are important: a clean room, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a good shower. This hotel exceeded my expectations in all four areas! Great water pressure and a comfortable room. I was on the second floor and don't usually like that but my room was quiet as well. Get a suite if you want to relax. Highly recommended.

We had a great room with a very quiet evening! We slept like babies! We were stopping thru on our way to Co. staff at front was very friendly and kind! Safe for CIRS! We definitely recommend this place. Breakfast had fruit and it was great!!! I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fitness center is very tired for a newer hotel. No 5,8 or 10 lb free weights either! Another woman in the fitness center with me was also disappointed as the only other thing is a complicated machine with no instructions. Only 1 yoga mat that was torn, frayed and someone actually taped it back together and has it in the fitness center! These are only about $10-$15 and this hotel really needs to invest in some good mats. Had to use about 4 towels to lay on the ground instead for stretching but no cushioning. Hotel also has no access if you want to head North in Webb road. Very strange they don’t have a connection to the street one road over with the stoplight. So, you have to go south on Webb and make a u-turn if you need to go North. Only a big deal during morning and evening rush hour.

We stayed here for 4 nights moving our daughter in town for an internship. The hotel location was close to her apartment and very close to food, gas, etc. It seems like a newer hotel so everything was clean and spacious. It's a large hotel and there were some large groups for a sporting event in town but we didn't have much trouble with noise or activity. The room was perfect, plenty of space. The breakfast area was clean, spacious, no trouble finding seating, and the food options were very good. Lucky for us they rotated food options each day so we had variety for our stay. The front desk staff were always very friendly when we came/left for the day. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel other than the check in person. She chewed me out for not reminding her that we had requested a top floor room. I apologized, but she was clearly annoyed. They weren't busy, she was just visiting with another staff person. This made us feel unwelcome right away. The room, the breakfast, the pool, and hot tub were all excellent.

I stayed at a different hotel, directly behind this property, last year. It was one of my most miserable hotel experiences. So, I was hesitant to stay at this Fairfield location & unsure of what to expect. It was TERRIFIC! The staff was kind, especially Arys at the front desk. The hotel was clean & well-maintained. Our room was comfortable & I loved that we could get Netflix in our room. Breakfast & the Fitness Room were just as perfect. We highly recommend this hotel!

Professional, friendly staff. Standard Fairfield ambiance with pleasant decor. Breakfast area well maintained. Offerings were good. Room was great. Mattress firm. If you are staying at this location, recommend heading to the 'Waterfront' shopping area about 10 minutes away. Would select Bonefish Grill for dinner. Other restaurants also there including Firebirds.
