The room was extremely hot so had to turn on AC which didn't work well. Eventually had to open window while it was snowing outside to cool down the room.

Our check in was fine. When we got to the room the tv was on. Kinda odd. Wasnt sure if someone else already had the room. Had that happen a few years ago at another motel. Building was well worn. Carpets, walls. Needs refreshed. Area around the parking lot is sketchy. Plenty of lighting in the lot though.

Every time I travel to Wichita I stay at this hotel. It’s got a good location for what I need, it’s always quiet and clean, and the staff is always friendly. Plus, the price isn’t outrageous.

Extremely hard to find, poor directions in finding the hotel. The hotel is hidden and in a dark area, underneath a large freeway.
No hotel sign with lights on it. The front door is on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot.

After a long days drive it was nice to be met by a friendly smile and a greeting. Several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, right off the interstate
