clean and noisy staff was talking too loud right outside our room daily. They advertise room service and that was a lie. They give you a sample pouch with body wash for just a day at the front desk when you check in.

Our room was awesome, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view of the river was special and the electric blinds were great. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely going to stay here again!!

I always like the helpful and polite staff at Windcreek. I enjoy my stay. The room was nice and clean as usual when i book at this property.
I was celebrating my birthday! I just wish a courteous birthday package would be conveniently available in the room upon arrival. Overall, it was nice.
