"The front desk does not always answer, even though it’s supposed to be available 24/7. I informed them upon arrival that I am physically disabled, but was given a room on the second floor. There are no elevators here. I’ve been sick to my stomach, have a headache, and coughing since the morning after I arrived. I need to extend my stay, but since the front desk didn’t answer, I’m here leaving this review. The plumbing is messed up…it’s difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. I keep getting burned with hot water, or it’s too cold. There’s an adjoining door to my room, and I do not feel safe. I’m a female solo traveler."
