The resort fee per room per night was a surprise. Especially since right now all you get is the ******. Pool is still under construction.

Nice property but the surrounding area is pretty rough. Road conditions up to the property, unsightly area. Food was good. Room very nice. Wish the hot water was more than warm and you didn’t have to wait five minutes for it to warm up. Third stay. I’ll be back.

Do not bring children here. They can’t swim unless they are 21. They can’t go to the Asian restaurant or the hamburger restaurant because they are in the middle of the ****** and they will not let kids step foot on ****** floor. So you can only eat at Gordon Ramsay’s for a million dollars that kids wouldn’t appreciate, or the sterile looking pizza/chicken nugget area. Very minimal hotel.

A hotel with a ****** inside, that makes ALL that money, couldn't offer free breakfast??? I was there for a business trip, not everyone comes to gamble, drink & get wasted. SMH!

The room I was in, it's beautiful very spacious. Everything in there was modern . I was on the 3rd floor and had the view of the bridge and river

We prepaid for a King and yet they gave our room away because we checked in at 11 PM. No phone call from Hotel nothing. We prepaid for the room! When asked about it they said, "Well you booked with ******* so they don't expect you to show." WE PREPAID! Everyone was unhappy, even ****** guests. No smiles from anyone. Looked like everyone hated staying there and everyone hated working there. Huge disappoinment

they did a great job with the hotel. Rooms are very nice and modern. The ****** is on the smaller side, bur clean new.

They charge a $17/day "resort fee" with nothing to show for it - pool was closed, no hot tub, no breakfast included, no laundry, fitness room was closed, no microwave in the room and none to bring to the room - and we have special dietary needs. Disappointing.

Everything about the Horseshoe seems clean -- the ******, the hotel, and there are plenty of trash cans in the parking lot which hopefully keeps things neat and tidy.
