"My partner and I stayed at this property three times last summer, and each visit was a great experience. We paid the pet fee, brought our dogs, always cleaned up after ourselves, kept noise to a minimum, and were usually in bed by 10:00 p.m. The staff was friendly during those visits, and on one occasion they even allowed us to extend our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience today (July 3,2026) was completely different. We called to book a one-night stay for July 5, and the employee initially told us a room was available. However, as soon as my boyfriend gave his first and last name, she said there was a note on the account stating we were blocked from booking due to a previous issue. When we asked what the issue was, she refused to explain and hung up. We called back several times because we genuinely wanted to understand what had happened and, if we had done something wrong, we were willing to take responsibility. Instead, we were treated rudely and were repeatedly denied any explanation. When my boyfriend asked to speak with a manager or owner, Debbie got on the phone and immediately began yelling. She falsely accused us of being disrespectful to management years ago and claimed we had numerous people coming and going from our room and parking lot. None of this is true. My partner and I were simply looking for a quiet getaway with our dogs, just as we had during our previous stays. There were also other guests staying around us during our visits, so it's possible they are confusing us with someone else. We know our own behavior during our stays, and the accusations they made simply do not match our experience or how we conducted ourselves. They also insisted they knew who we were and even assumed we were from Connecticut, despite us explaining that we are from Massachusetts. Every time we tried to clarify the situation, we were told that all we wanted to do was argue, when in reality we were only asking why we had been blocked and why these accusations were being made. The most disappointing part was that no one was willing to listen to our side. We were judged, profiled, and falsely accused without being given a fair opportunity to respond. At one point, they even said they would review the cameras because they believed we were lying about the date we were trying to book, then placed us on hold and hung up again. I'm not going to beg to stay somewhere that treats potential guests this way. It's incredibly disappointing to go from having several positive experiences to being spoken to with disrespect and accused of things we did not do. Based on how we were treated and the lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this property to anybody."

"A casa e as terras são bonitas com maravilhosas hospedeiras, Chris e Sarah, localizadas centralmente em Westerly, por isso, uma caminhada fácil no centro (a minha esposa e eu caminhámos no Wilcox Park na nossa segunda data há 30 anos) ou uma curta viagem para as praias/Watch Hill. O pequeno-almoço era excelente e as opções de glúten livres podiam ser acomodadas."

Nós gostamos de mobiliário bonito Na nossa sala, do banheiro moderno, bem designado com um banheiro jacuzzi e um bom chuveiro, assim que um lar antigo tinha sido atualizado de forma mais confortável e importante. A piscina estava perfeitamente refrescante, mesmo depois de um dia nas belas praias próximas.O B&B forneceu parafusos, cadeiras e toalhas que também melhoraram essa experiência.A porta principal estava aberta 24/7 e as bebidas e snacks estavam disponíveis gratuitamente. O pequeno-almoço começou com moffins e pastelaria frescos, frutas frescas e iogurte, seguidos de ovos feitos para ordens, e o especial diário de panquecas ou waffles, etc. Ficámos na área muitas vezes ao longo dos anos e nunca achámos um lugar que gostamos tanto.Tentámos Airbnb, VRBO, hotéis, você Pode chamar isso.Mas esta é a melhor experiência. Há um risco elevado que podemos tornar-nos regulares!!"

Voltamos para ficar com eles, pessoas inteligentes, divertidas e bonitas. A hospitalidade era incrível, e o seu fabuloso e cordial pequeno-almoço, eles nos orientaram para novos lugares para comer e visitar.Ficámos no segundo andar do quarto do Coronel Ward com UMA cama de tamanho real, que era tão bonita, que não queríamos dormir nela.
