"This motel is not child friendly in any way, and you should not stay if you have any health issues. The two motels room we booked were covered in mold and rust, we stayed one night and unfortunately the mold made it so I could not breathe due to my asthma, and my child’s asthma so we had to cut our trip short .The shower head was covered in mold and We couldn’t use the air conditioners due to them being covered in black mold as well. When I reached out to ******* to get a refund do to having to leave because of the mold and rust I was told the property management denied it. I will be contacting the board of health in the area along with disputing with my credit card company since I have many pictures and videos for proof of the unsanitary conditions. I wasn’t going to even write a review or make a problem, I just wanted a refund to not being able to stay because of health issues caused by the mold. EDIT TO ADD: (The only way to edit my review was to delete it and resubmit it) The owners like to lie about why we left the motel early, they told ******* I left early due to cloudy weather when I requested a refund, however when they replied to my review on here they stated it was because my children were “out of control” when they most definitely were not. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BOOK WITH, owner will try to make you look bad when you post honest reviews!!!! I will be attaching the mold pictures as well as the owners reply to my original review and there excuse to *******. We took a trip back to RI couple weeks later thru air bnb and had a delightful time. If we were just trying to get a free trip we would of taken them up on there offer for a free night when we came back. Please ask yourself what kind of person lies about other peoples children. DISTURBING."

"Eu Queria ficar Na Costa Da RI antes de ir a Boston, e isso era o caminho perfeito.Katie e Matt eram tão gentis e pensadores, não só fazer um pequeno-almoço de assassino, MAS também fazer minha estadia tão bonita e relaxante Como era. Não UMA hora depois de chegar a um belo dia, EU estava Na piscina e EU escrevi a Katie, perguntando-me onde estava o vinho branco (há muita refrescação!) e Cinco minutos depois, Matt apareceu Na piscina com um buque de gelo, Uma garrafa de vinho e um copo só para mim!Agora é o que EU chamo serviço de 5 estrelas!:) A Casa e OS jardins são calmos e bonitos e minha sala era enorme... Grande cama, enorme banheiro com um tubo de sujeira maravilhoso, Grande TV, etc. Eu gostaria de voltar!"

"Este é um Lugar maravilhoso para ficar se você quiser explorar a ilha de Rhode e Connecticut.Chegámos a um BOM BEM-vinda e o Nosso quarto era muito confortável e tinha tudo o que precisamos, incluindo um BOM BOM banho. Há alguns restaurantes excelentes perto, e apesar de não ser Uber de grande cidade, é fácil se você gostar de UMA bebida, o vinho produzido é muito bonito e nós até trouxemos algumas garrafas para casa."
