Holiday Inn Express & Suites WEST LONG BRANCH - EATONTOWN by IHG

Buen servicio

房間整潔，寬敞。周圍談不上風景，但是看出去很舒服。早餐沒有花裏胡哨，但是味道還是可以的。遇到了一些問題，服務人員態度都很好！

整體還不錯

房間大 唯一是空調不能關 噪音大

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is clean. We were able to check in early. Our room had a bad smell at first we didn’t think anything of it, thought maybe the last guest ate something smelly, and the room even though clean it would air out by the time we got back. Several hours later the smell was there and worse. The front desk was able to give us the only available room and credited us 50% of our stay. The only problem was that the AC was not working but it had high-power fans. It smelled good so we took it for the overnight stay. The shower was great with good water pressure and hot water. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was something to eat before heading out. The parking lot is well-lit. And 6 minutes to the beach.

I have been to this location/hotel several times and we really like it here. Its only 3 miles to the beach, its clean, they have a great breakfast and free bottled water at the desk. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is super comfortable with a nice size tv. This is our go to jersey shore hotel

Our check-in experience was disappointing. The standard room with two queen beds that we reserved was not available upon arrival. Instead, we were given the only room available, which was a mobility-accessible room. Unfortunately, the room had a musty odor, and we found a large spider in the bathroom. In addition, several of the toiletries were empty or had not been refilled. Overall, the accommodations and check-in process did not meet our expectations, making for a less-than-satisfactory experience.

Room service was really bad, they didn’t clean up the room at all, the couch in the living room was so uncomfortable and they don’t have a separate bed for kids. Staff was helpful and location was working for us but that’s it.

They only have 1 washer and 1 dryer. It would have been nice to do more than 1 load of laundry at a time. Thankfully, no one else needed to do their laundry.
