Great location at West Jakarta, just besides Ciputra Mall and about 15 minutes walk to Central Park.
The bed is really good which makes a difference.
However, the smell of stale food along the corridor was pretty overwhelming (stayed at level 8).

Service was great, most of the staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast is good, with a good range of variety. The room that we got was on the old side, but it is still serviceable and quite clean. Sadly, the vanity kit and in-room amenities provided are on the bare minimum, e.g. no notepads, iron, or sanitary bags provided.

It was a nigh**are. Arrived at 9pm after such a long flight, and they told me there is only one non smoking room left but its on the mixed floor. So I asked whether the smoke will come into the room and they said it shouldnt be and would send someone to give air fresherner. I am too tired and just said “ok” afterwards, I thought its not too bad in the beginning but the smoke smell starts bothering me more and more too tired to go down and tried to contact the staff via their WA and noone replies or care. Had to force myself to sleep by using some mint scented inhaler because again, too tired to go down or even move to another hotel.
It’s clearly stated I need a non smoking room on the booking site, I dont understand how they couldn’t prepare the room ahead of time, I booked it like more than 3-4 weeks ago. Really bad experience, i like the hotel due to location, now I will have find a new place, will never come back again.

Very good location (easy to get airport no much traffic jam). Good facility (swimming pool, nice breakfast, very convinent as it is connect to the mall). Hotel team has very good service such as very responsible and quick for check-in/out. The dark side is the room facility is too old. A few power plugs do not work. Air dryer is too small and weak. Room sound proof is not good, heard noisy from street. But overall, I would recommend this and will stay here again.
