I love staying here when I'm in Des Moines but I usually have to wait until off peak times, like Tuesday through Thursday.

Our tv didn’t work in one room and the other room we had to hook the tv up. We were unable to use the hot tub our entire stay. Very disappointed as hats why I picked this hotel, because it had a hot tub.

The hotel ws very nice. The beds were very comfy s were the pillows. Loved that the shower had bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast was good. And staff were wonderful!!!

Reserved a 2 queen bed room over a month ago and when got to the hotel to check in show them the intenerary and reservation number and put me and family in a one bed, room and said the reservation doesnt guarantee a 2 queen bed we changed it. So what good is a reservation???

Overall a pretty good experience. Had everything you needed plus some. Only complaint is there was some obvious wear and tear in the rooms and common areas that need maintenance

Staff was friendly. Had everything I needed. The phones weren’t working when I first got there but the issue was fixed right away! Great service! Hot tub was nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The initial appearance of the hotel was nice. The room was a different story. Our room was not very clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere and looked like it had not been cleaned. The ceiling had some major water damage. It was cracked and looked like it was going to have pieces fall off. Probably not a place we would stay again.

I checked in about 10PM. The young man (34) at the desk was fantastic. Great guy. He got me checked in very quickly and then we had a nice long conversation. If I did not want to get in the hot tub, I would have offered to take him out for a beer.
Room was nice and clean and warm. It was -10 F outside.
The maid took the time to make the room look nice and have it stocked with every item that should be there. There was a glass next to the ice bucket. I would prefer a glass that is sealed in plastic, so I know it is clean.
