The hotel staff and hotel facilities were perfect. Gill on the front desk was a great help to us. I would recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure. 10 star review

An ok hotel, a little dated and overpriced for what we got. Location is ok. Booked a suite and was a little disappointed given the price of the room. Parking was almost impossible and staff were less than helpful in this regard. There are better options locally.

Great location, beach front. The service at the hotel is pretty good and there is some English speaking staff, which makes it pretty easy to get around. The place is mostly suitable for a chilled, relaxed holiday as there's not many activities to do.

- None of the outside pools were open
- Sauna/steamroom also not open
- You have to book the shuttle bus a day in advance and only have four or five set times
Despite that, the environment was great for a short get away. Very green and a short walk down to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Kevin that helped with our bags when we checked in and out.

This place is a hidden gem, about a 90rmb didi ride from the train station, but well worth it; in fact, that is its charm. The hotel is absolutely stunning and so is the view. We were upgraded to a higher floor with a better view, and all our requests were met by the staff with the u**ost care and consideration. The location of this place makes the experience complete. Situated overlooking a bay with white sand and scattered rock formations, and the best water visibility this side of Sanya, this place is worth the trip. I highly recommend a stay here for a night or more.
