"是充滿驚喜的一次體驗，首先是酒店無論從位置、設施、服務、細節用心程度、性價比，都堪稱完美，值得收藏反覆入住，大廳休息區很寬大舒適 簡潔還美觀 不僅有現磨咖啡還有小零食 更驚喜的是我們辦理入住是還有烤紅薯和洋芋 🥰房間全是智能化，床品也是真的很舒服，枕頭兩面是不同的 那個蕎麥枕頭還挺舒服，冬天了 那個浴室的水很熱也很大，酒店的洗護用品對我來説真的好好用，酒店25樓還有健身房和洗衣房 雖然我沒使用 但是挺不錯的看着，旁邊就是餐廳，早餐種類也很多，味道也不錯。服務人員熱情貼心，前台小姐姐都很耐心。差點忘了 她們晚上還送了粥和小零食！真的超不錯！最後就是威寧真的好美😍我和朋友運氣很好 剛好看到那個夕陽和海鷗！小姐姐推薦的本地小吃也不錯 下次一定還要再來！"

"新開的全季，硬件設施完全沒有挑頭，房間設計到大廳都很棒。但是酒店的管理沒有到位，一是晚上10點過到，前台還在積極營銷開全季會員送一份早餐，説第三方攜程訂的早餐要麼不全，要麼沒有，實際訂單含了雙早，訂單顯示14歲以下免費，本來我們早餐就是滿的，營銷行為浪費了旅客休息時間。二是應對早餐高峯期人手準備不足，早餐一個煮麪，一個保潔在幫忙補充麪檔調料等，9點到9點半長達半個小時無法收拾，大家都是自己把桌上臟盤子推開將就坐，保潔忙完麪檔才能收拾，阿姨也是一分鐘沒歇過，春節住了四家酒店就這家全季應對高峯期不足，存在這種情況。"

"止不住真要好好的説説這次入住經歷。意外、驚喜、感動是這次入住的最直觀感受！零晨四點，託着一身的疲憊沿高速下威寧準備隨意找個酒店入住，碰巧就看到了草海春天！零晨四點啊，走進大堂，首先就被大堂小姐姐的熱情服務感染到了，辦入住、意外升級房型、早餐的悉心安排都讓我倍感親切，！進到房間，乾淨整潔衞生！第二天退房，前台接班的服務員再次提醒早餐幫我們延時了，讓用完歺再走！這是一次愉快的入住體驗，非常棒！發自內心給五星好評！下次出差還住這！"

"整潔床墊軟和一家人安睡了一晚，洗澡時熱水感覺流水量有點小但熱度夠，洗澡隔間有一點點小，家裡人都是170或180的高個覺得轉不了身。看海鷗去了江家灣碼頭和西海碼頭，景點裏麪都不大打掃很乾凈景色也好，但是沒有衞生間是免費進入的，在景點對面爬上一個小山坡看到了更美的景色。去鎖黃倉濕地公園看了黑頸鶴，也是免費進園的，這個必須帶上觀看工具，鶴們都在水的中央，幸好我們有個手機可以拉10倍鏡頭不然都是遺憾。自駕會方便很多，公路很好走的，景點附近的免費停車場不太好找，總在開車人的視線死角中，不想動腦停車景點邊上有很多當地人圍起的收費停車場。第一天開車到達草海鎮，第二天看了海鷗和黑頸鶴就回程了，一次愉快的旅行。"
