這個酒店 平時住酒店多 很少評價 這家酒店實在拉低了我對智選假日的印象 第一酒店三部電梯慢的要死 電梯裏也沒有早餐在幾層的標識 第二早餐很一般 第三 給我辦理第一次入住 辦好出去見朋友 晚上回房間發現房間有很大的噪音 打前台電話打不通 自己到前台要求換房間 換了房間 進房間就發現床頭櫃上有這個不明液體 媽的想想十二點了 就到另外一側睡了 洗手間房間還有裝修的味道 前台服務也是垃圾 再也不會入住這家酒店

新裝修，房間還是有裝修建材的味道，空調不能打開，一打開就濃濃的煙味，地理位置，去的時候正趕上裝修，門臉在主路的後面，找了半天，內部格局和裝飾不錯，整個商業體衹有酒店營業顯得很荒涼，早餐一般般，服務還有景色不錯。

非常糟糕的一次體驗，住到攜程金鑽了第一次遇到這種離譜事。入住了兩天，以下一一列舉入住期間遇到的離譜事兒：
1. 一開始酒店安排的1408房間衞生存在很大問題。馬桶裏有落葉，水槽裏有泥土，台盆上有頭髮，酒店是不檢查嘛？這麼顯眼的衞生問題看不到？
2. 1408有衞生問題要求換房，酒店安排到了十樓的一個首尾房。因為酒店衞生問題換房安排至首尾房（位置更差的房間），感覺酒店非常不尊重我們。等人來到我們來換房也等了十多分鐘。
3. 打至攜程要求換房後重新安排到了2202房間。説是由高級雙升至了豪華雙。説實在的沒看出升級了啥。洗澡時發現房間衞生間淋浴間的下水有問題。打電話反應後半小時維修師傅才來，取走了下水口上的兩個金屬蓋。但是我洗澡時發現放水幾分鐘下水道依然會堵，下水很慢。
4. 入住第二天回來刷房卡發現刷不開，我們懷疑是酒店房卡製作錯誤，打酒店前台電話喊我們自己下去拿，要我們為酒店的錯誤買單？經反覆要求以後才答應把新房卡給我們送上來。進入房間以後發現房間裏也沒有前一晚所答應的給我們的小禮物。給我們的禮物是這個閉門羹嘛？和攜程反應後半個小時後經理才提着禮物來。
5. 洗完頭坐在床上吹頭，十分鐘後發現膝蓋窩處起了小疹子很癢，回憶想起前一天晚上睡覺裸露在長袖長褲睡衣外的與床品直接接觸的腳踝也很癢，甚至凌晨兩點被癢醒吃了抗過敏葯。十點多的禮物時候打電話讓來換床品，前台説好的。結果一直到11:40都沒有人來。我們再打電話到前台，開始講床品都是新的之類，話裏話外都是拒絕，那我們十點多打的電話白講？一定要用很重的語氣講話才能響應？要求五分鐘內來人換床品後大約十分鐘，才來人進行更換。並且工作非常不熟練，換了一刻鐘才換完。最後穿着長袖長褲睡衣和襪子才睡。我們認為是房間太久沒住人，床品鋪了太久上面有很多灰塵蟎蟲之類的臟東西。
6. 酒店各種設施問題不斷。都五月份了，白天濰坊最高温度都26度了，房間內的空調還沒有冷氣，白天出門時候房間很熱，走廊温度比房間低很多。晚上開窗吵，關窗悶熱。洗澡水忽冷忽熱我們已經覺得是小問題了。26層衹有三部電梯，節假日早上預留5-10分鐘等電梯吧，一等一個不吱聲。
7. 顯然酒店的接待能力是不能應對五一這種節假日的。比如5月2日早上九點多在餐廳吃早飯，酒店的補貨速度跟不上消耗速度，基本靠搶。5月2號晚上房務部僅有一個大爺值班，前台僅有兩人。與前台交談中得知，當天晚上房間床品有問題需要增換的有十幾二十間。沒有接待量且房間普遍存在問題，開什麼店？相應時間很慢很慢，根本無法及時滿足住客的要求。每次遇到問題都是對不起對不起。兩天聽到了太多對不起，每次的處理都很慢很稚嫩，就這還評級4鑽？
上述情況已投訴至攜程、洲際集團、濰坊12345。

自駕的注意，最近酒店門外在修，按照導航的路是不通的。酒店也沒提前聯繫，攜程上留的電話也打不通，這點特別不好👎聯繫了攜程才給聯繫上酒店，酒店發了地庫定位才進去。
用了房型升級，説是有河景，進去房間發現沒有，聯繫了前台給換了另一側的。
這兩點如果能提前解決好能有更好的體驗。
優點也不少，大堂的免費水bar和打印機很好，晚上回來喝杯熱乎的，感覺很方便。對面的夜市和商場太熱鬧了，晚上逛了一圈很多可愛的小動物。這個價格還含了雙早真的不要求自行車了

房間真的乾淨啊！太愛了
佈局動線也合理、枕頭分軟硬
酒店內碰見的每位服務員都很nice！
房間幫忙安排在了高層的房間
對面就是泰華城
離濰坊站、十芴園、風箏博物館都很近
基本步行就ok
早餐很豐富、也都及時補給、而且早餐一直到10點
因為一個人出遊不想背包逛景點
前台小姐姐還幫忙登記推延到14點退房
實在是太友好了。
