I initially stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago, and had a terrible experience. The customer service from the front desk manager was non existent. I also work up to finding bed bugs crawling on my pillow. I contacted Mr. Ahmed, the general manager, and he wouldn’t return my call. My admin re booked this hotel in error this weekend, and scheduled it from Friday to Sunday, but erroneously put Saturday to Monday. I immediately called the property, which I then spoke with the audit manager who assured me there wasn’t going to be a problem, and he’d call me back if there was. Once I went to check in Saturday, the front end manager said my stay was canceled and not refundable. I still had an additional night, and if for no other reason providing quality service, she refused to help me, and I was stuck having to pay for a new reservation at a different hotel. Even if you can’t be of assistance, be kind, and make an effort to a loyal customer.
