Very nice property in the center of Warsaw. The building was transformed into one of the nicest hotels while still preserving an authentic look and feel especially in the ground floor where the restaurant is located. I got a room upgrade and they put me in the room at 9 am due to my early arrival. Staff is great, room had a very nice view. Very comfortable stay!

We had a lovely couple of days in Warszawa. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable, the staff was very kind and service minded. Only two negative things to say: The main door to our hotel room had no noise cancelling so we could here everything through it which kept us awake a few times. We decided not to pre-pay for breakfast as we thought it was quite expensive, we had a look at the buffet and it was quite depressing so I’m happy with that decision. There was many amazing breakfast places close by for 1/4 of the price :)
We will definitely choose this hotel for our next visit to Warszawa!

Such a beautiful property. However there’s a few strange things.. the first is that staff come into the room a lot, sometimes inappropriately. I was in the bathroom and someone came into my room and didn’t explain themselves. I guess I didn’t hear them knock because I was in the bathroom… it wasn’t a cleaner. As a female traveling solo, it was scary to have a strange man walk in and not immediately leave. When I said I am there, what are you doing, he said sorry, can I get you anything? I said what, no I’m in the bathroom get out! And he did. Also, they want to clean all the time. Like. There is a door hanger for asking to have the room serviced. They don’t care if it’s not there, they will clean anyways.
The other issue is that the longest side of the building faces a nightclub that is ridiculously loud because they play the music outside. Past 11pm, I had to sleep and the music was still going. I had to ask to be moved to a different room on another side of the building.
It’s a beautiful property and everyone is helpful. But like I said…a few very strange things.

Amazing location to explore the city. We had a big twin room, comfortable and excellent facilities (toiletries too!).
The building has been very well refurished, high spec in an iconic old building.

This place is so lovely ! There’s two really good restaurants here, a great bar , pool and spa, and it’s in a great area. Would love to stay here again. The lobby has a florist and hair salon. You really feel like you are taken care of! The staff is super friendly and helpful and each evening you get chocolates and restocks on water. Love this place !

Beautiful rooms and spacious! Hard wood with leather rugs and wood or marble floors!! Try the spa on -1 ... the pool... sauna... steam room ... salt cave and workout room was fantastic!!
