I booked a 2 nights stay, reserved a 2 queens size bedroom. Check-in process was smooth, took about 5 minutes. Instead of a 2 queen size bedroom I was assigned a 1 king size bedroom. As we open the door an unpleasant smell was notified. That was not a good sign. Out of curiosity I checked the bed and found a hair strand. I smelled 3 of the pillows on the bed and either they were not washed or someone was resting on them. I headed to the front desk and Bryant was very nice. He was able to provide us with a 2 queen size bedroom. That room was nicer than the previous one, at least odor wise. The night we check-in we just didn’t had the time to go over everything in the room. Next morning, oh my! A dead mosquito right next to the reading light(computer desk). Fitted sheet on one of the beds had a 1” hole. Sofa was dirty even smell like canine. Filthy and stained desk chair. Corners were filthy. Mirror was not even clean. Tub spout was broken, loose. Siding of the blackout curtain was broken, it was left right next to the closet. Unable to fully appreciate blackout curtain since light filter in. Please see photos provided. I requested to speak to a manager and seems she was not available. In addition, no rooms were available since they were fully booked. According to them since I booked through a third party I was advised to contact the company I booked my hotel with. It’s a first to hear this. The hotel is located in a nice community, near various shopping centers. Plenty of parking. Front Desk staff was friendly and courteous. Gym and pool were decent. Housekeeping is horrible. Honestly I don’t think they really clean the rooms as they should. The times I encounter the housekeeping start either they were very entertained with their music or had some type of attitude towards the guests. Very unprofessional. It was my first and last time visiting this location. Rooms are falling apart due to poor maintenance. Not worth your money.

Beautiful and clean from lobby to elevator, to hallway to room and bathroom. Beautiful colors. Comfortable beds, lots of storage. The only thing missing was the fridge and some of the ceiling lights didn't work. It was a great stay.

和Costco Wholesale隔壁，自己有停車場，停車免費。房間內設施衞生堪憂，座椅有大面積污漬。廚房擦手紙接近用完，卻未更換，後來下樓要了才給了新的。床上有毛髮，感覺打掃不徹底。下水不暢，堵塞，影響使用。入住時提示有會員，但前台未開通會員無線網權限。總體而言，衞生及設施維護較差。入住感較差。

房間寬敞。

When arriving you see the clean and modern lobby. There is coffee and tea available around the clock. Our room was comfortable and very clean. My children enjoyed the indoor pool. There were towels waiting for them and chairs for me to watch them safely.

Service and location were good. Cleanliness was terrible. There was food left on the floor underneath the bed. The one wash cloth was disturbingly dirty with a very strange odor.

This hotel was very clean and modern. The room is nicely appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only concern was the person at the front desk the night that we checked in. He was very lackadaisical when I requested non-allergenic pillows. He said well why don’t you use the cushions off of the sofa in the lobby? It was actually the desk and housekeeping, that went and found me the pillows that I needed. Thanks to them for their service recovery.

My husband and I took a little overnight getaway to enjoy the cute little towns in PA at Christmas time. Happy I chose this hotel. It was extremely clean, has a welcoming staff and bed was comfy.

Liked this hotel, only thing to note to other customers would be your indoor pool is not heated. And though the walls seem to keep your neighbors noise down, the door to the hallway does not. So at 1am I kept waking up to people talking loudly and laughing. Otherwise it a very clean hotel, would return again
