It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

As first-time visitors to Wanning, we weren’t really sure which area would be the best for staying. However, we were pleasantly surprised by this location along the Shenzhou Peninsula. The surrounding area is quite nice, with a rocky shoreline not far away and a great beach area behind the hotel. Check-In went smoothly and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Shoutout to Paul Tang 唐亚超 for the excellent service. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a great balcony view of the garden and ocean. The buffet breakfast was great as well, with a variety of different cuisine options available. We especially enjoyed that they offered fresh fruit juice instead of the beverage type. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again the next time we are in Wanning!

The room's atmosphere and facilities are up to five-star standards. The breakfast is rich in variety. If you come to Wanning, you must stay at this hotel. I especially like Zheng Ya's butler service. This is my first time staying in Hainan and I look for her.

It was my first time to travel to Wanning and I was afraid that I would have a bad experience in a bad hotel. But this hotel gave me a really good experience. The room was not damp at all and had no peculiar smell. The sheets were very clean and not dirty at all. Place, and this hotel is also a smart hotel with high cost performance. I really recommend this hotel for over 100 yuan. The lady at the front desk heard that I was from out of town and recommended local attractions and food to me. She was really enthusiastic. It’s also super good. I really have to give this hotel a five-star rating. If I have another chance to come to Wanning next time, this hotel will be my first choice. I really love it.

This was a perfect stay💗The hotel's garden landscape is very unique, and any photo you take will be a hit. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a sea view courtyard. There was a large lawn in front, and a coconut beach in the distance. In the morning, walking through the yard to the lawn to watch the sunrise over the sea and listen to the sound of the waves, all emotions will be healed. This time I mainly brought my children to play. The Yuequ Camp has a lot of activities. The children's swimming pool is warm, which is very nice. After playing, I went to the Guest House for afternoon tea and dinner. When the supervisor of the Guest House learned that we still had a baby sleeping in the room, he specially asked the kitchen to send porridge and chicken noodle soup to the room. Special thanks to my housekeeper Miss Yolanda and two customer service staff Sister Li Shurong and Sister Lin Ermei. After learning that it was the child's birthday, they also prepared super surprise welcome fruits and cakes, as well as bath towel dinosaurs. The children were super happy. Very good, I will definitely come again with my family next time💗

I asked the person who was dressed like the head chef what the name of the supervisor was. He said he didn't know him. Does your hotel allow strangers to go to the kitchen, or are you all fools as guests?
