Premier Inn Waltham Abbey

The overall experience was very good, very welcoming friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than what we expected, it was hot and fresh. A very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here in February to check out the hotel before our wedding in the Waltham Abbey area in May. The room and the service was good, so we were happy to recommend to visiting family and friends. In May our room was a little shabbily (definitely due for a refurb) but clean and tidy. We did wish we'd brought our own pillows, though - they were too firm for us. The outstanding feature of both visits has been breakfast - cooked fresh, tasty ingredients (especially the sausages) and great service. Big shout out to the lovely Angela who looked after us all so well in May.

After a long weary morning we called in for a late breakfast . It was quiet and at that late stage most of the breakfast had been sitting about for a while . However. Theresa offered to cook us some fresh bacon and eggs . That was such a kind gesture .

Stayed overnight during a birthday trip for my husband. The room was bright and clean and very comfortable, although the bathroom woodwrk could do with a lick of paint. I mentioned it was my husbands 74th birthday and when we returned from breakfast there was a bottle of red wind and some ferrero rocher chocs with a card! What a lovelt gesture and it made his morning - thank you so much. The only negative was the breakfast which must have been out for sometime. The bacon was hard and cold, as were the eggs. All in all, we would stay again

I stopped near the hotel for charging my electric vehicle. As the pub next door was closed, I turned to the hotel for waiting, toilet and drinks. Though their breakfast time just finished, the lady at reception was really helpful and even offered me a free coffee!

Great hotel. The staff are amazing especially gitana she always looks after me and checks me in early if I need it. I always stay here if I'm in the area. Highly recommend waltham abbey premier inn. Definitely will be coming back here in the future.

Great hotel with an excellent chef and brewer pub next door.Good location only half an hours drive into London ( on a good day ) Excellent breakfast at the newly built restaurant.Staff very accommodating.

On arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The selection for breakfast at the buffet bar was good. It was very handy that the pub was next door and the parking was free .I would recommend a stay here.You stay you decide

Breakfast great. Service from Ange and Teresa was wonderful. Receptionist was very attentive. Went to the Drumsheds so was close down the road. All round a good trip. Made better by the hotel stay.
