Thought I was getting a living room area room, nope handicapped room with horrible shower spraying all over floor and it’s obvious that it’s been like this for awhile paid extra for less

The hotel was very nice and clean! Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The only big downfall was the water would not get hot for our showers. I took a shower at 6:55 am and the water would not get hot. It wasn’t some cold but it definitely was uncomfortable. I took another shower the next day at 9:15 am same thing. My parents had the same experience.

Comfortable large room,
Bathtub chipped and in poor condition
Only One elevator and sometimes had to wait 5 minutes.
Only two luggage carts
Staff were were pleasant but untrained.
A bus tour seemed to discombobulate them.
Came down to breakfast at 7:30 to find no seating and out of many things.
Ice machine only worked on one floor.
Vending gave wrong sodas
Room keys didn’t work when we got to room.
USBs by bed broken.

Super nice staff! Comfy room and bed. The front desk allowed our family of 18 people to gather and dine together in the breakfast area. Lots of tables and chairs to relax and socialize. Thanks Holiday Inn Express !

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Plenty of hot water. The breakfast was outstanding.
The view out our window was amazing. Looked out at the mountains.
