Check in was poor. Understaffed and no communication to front desk attendant as far as what rooms were cleaned and which ones where not. She had to leave the desk and run to check rooms before letting people have there room. It wasn’t her fault. We arrived at 4:30 and it took about 45 minutes to get our room as well as the other people waiting for their rooms.

The only issue was checking in. This was not a staff issue at all, seems more of a Marriot issue. But I booked a king bed room over a month out before the trip. I checked in 10 minutes after check in time began, and was told that my room was now a double queen. That they dont block rooms until check in and kings were sold out. Which I find odd since I checked in 10 minutes after 3. Anyway, everything else was great. Just dont expect to get the room that you booked in advance. Oh and breakfast was great too.
