That you cannot renovate all rooms at one shot is understandable for financial reasons. But there would be ways to offer for example a significant price reduction in the old and unrenovated rooms. 160 Euro per room is already heavy!!! (Double room for single room, since no single room free, incl. culinary). On the last day, the water fell out in the shower after a few minutes, just when the soap was put. However, this was no longer reported as the bill was already paid in the evening (including drinking money).
