Sandal Park View Corporate & Executive Stays

We stayed here the week commencing 19/6/23 ,me and my partner were awoke with terrible shouting swearing ,banging about ,banging doors going down the stairs ,this went on til 2.45am ,it was that bad i nearly called the police .This behaviour isnt fair on people that are working.This couple was situated on the top floor of this complex .The other people must too of been kept awake with all the comotion .I think the management should sort this problem out as im sure that we wont be the only ones complainig about this . Made a reservation today on popular booking site, shortly thereafter reieved a demand for £100 "security deposit" nearly twice the nightly rate. As booked on pay on arrival and the demand was fir the deposit in advance this seems a very deceptive practice and near impossible to redeem should the accommodation claim damage was done (for which in 40+ years has never happened) I'll book elsewhere who are not operating deceptive sales tactics

booked to stay here at the weekend, paid the "all you pay " is £70 pounds, then received emails requesting £100 pounds in the event of anything being damaged, which was said to be refundable, I said I would pay that cash on arrival, which they refused to accept, so I asked for a refund which was declined, we decided to book somewhere else, very disappointing
