1. The refrigerator in the unit was not cooling to a proper level for the food stored in it. On our initial day (7/17) we placed milk, yoghurt, butter, and other items needing refrigeration in it immediately upon our check in at 3:00 pm. That evening around 9 pm I noticed that the liquids were only slightly cooled. I adjusted the cooling level to a higher setting at that time. The next morning I again noticed that all of the food was still only slightly cooled. At that time I again adjusted the cooling level to the highest setting for cooling. We did not use any of the refrigerated items that day as we ate out at a restaurant. The next morning (7/19) I noticed the milk, yoghurt and juice in the refrigerator was again only slightly cool and the butter was soft and liquid in it's container. WE did not use any of those items for concern of their being spoiled. I also noticed that as I dispensed water from the refrigerator that it appeared to have sprayed onto the top shelf inside of the refrigerator from the filter compartment. The exterior water and ice dispenser was not clean, as well as the handles for both the refrigerator and freezer. We proceeded with our packing and preparation for checkout and either left food in the refrigerator or threw out the remaining items that were in there. The freezer appeared to be functioning properly.
