This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The air conditioner was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. Amazing view from the Lani.

Condo was extremely dated and looked like it hadn't been updated since the 70s. Definitely had a smell that permeanted everywhere. Hot water peaked at warm. Shower head was a mess. Was not enjoyable being inside at all. The grounds themselves are nice and the location is good, but there are a ton of adjacent properties where I would recommend staying trying over this.

I love the location and it is easy to walk to gorgeous beaches. The property is beautifully maintained, but the condo we stayed in looked tired and a little run down. I have stayed at nicer condos in my previous stays at the Palms.

The unit was very dated and in need of a current upgrade. Plumbing was original and made squealing sounds when in the shower. The built in AC unit (original) in the bedroom did not work so a temporary plug in one was In use. No AC on the rest of the unit. Outside all was very nice including the pool.
For the cost and being in Wailea it should be much better. I think some of the units may be updated, so when booking look closely at the photos. The pool and hot tub were great!

This particular condo was terrible. The pillows for bed were lumps of old cloth. The furniture stunk, and were filthy, we guessed from people coming from beach with wet bathing suits. Just needed some deeper cleaning maybe. Primary shower did not drain had to stand in three inches of water. 10 day stay was only provided 1 kitchen garbage bag but was able to get more from desk clerk.

What I like about this place is it was close to the beaches and restaurants. What we did not like is that we have to pay extra for the AC in the second room and the living room. It was not disclosed when we booked. There was some mossing kitchen items. We requested for non smoking but it smelled cigarette inside the unit.
