We had a nice, quiet, comfortable stay. Food was good. Parking is good. Nice safe area with a lot of conveniences close by.

We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast too. If we return to Waco, our first choice will be Homewood Suites.

Breakfast was pretty well depleted when we got there (about 10:15). No cream for the coffee and eggs were completely gone too. While i understand that the food may need to be replenished occasionally, there was nobody attending the food until 10:30 when they cleaned everything up and took the remaining food away. It was probably a great breakfast, but we had to supplement elsewhere.

The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was ok. Breakfast meats were dry. The overall condition of the room was a bit old. Cracked paint, old bathroom, etc.

Our overall stay was nice and comfortable. Our suite was clean and spacious and priced at a reasonable rate. Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. I would recommend staying here!

Our stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We put the kitchen area to good use.
Our kids loved cooling off in the pool, and my wife and I enjoyed a pleasant evening on the pool deck while our kids swam.
The breakfast was excellent and it had a lot of items to pick from, both hot and cold.
To top it off, I thought the price was a great deal. When I first saw this hotel online I thought the price would be double what it actually was. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon checking our room was not ready although it was passed check-in time. We got a free upgrade with a jacuzzi and lake view, what a cool thing to do right?? Room was clean, roomie and the temperature was just perfect. Will definitely stay there from now on... Lots of restaurants near by and easy access to all of them. In case you eat too much, hospital is within walking distance, what a gem..

The public areas were nicely kept, except the hall carpets are worn and need replacement.
The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in (202) was in desperate need of updating. The bathroom tile floors, including the shower floor, were buckled and cracked. The wallpaper was bubbled and discolored. The cabinets near the floor was discolored. Looks like mirror and maybe lighting was updated.
The King bedroom had cracks in the ceiling and the wall next to the door. The window treatments were ripped and had black marks. The AC unit needed to be vacuumed out as you could see dust coating the insides.
The staff, however, was friendly and helpful. Wonderful check in experience.
