the hotel was very nice. easily access to the beach and tourist destination. nearby hotel you can enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset. staff is also very nice and helpful we can find easily. the room view is beautiful with beach and mountain 💙

Highlights: very nice and helpful staff, views of the beach. The rooftop pool was pretty though a little chilly being so high up. Free coffee in room. Comfy bathrobes. Pretty good selection at breakfast.
Downsides: location is kind of far from anywhere you want to eat. Street vending is banned along the beach boardwalk so that makes it kind of a long walk to find cheaper food. high cost for extras like drinking water is sure way to upset guests when they’re already paying more than average for a room. The shower was shoddily put together so leaked water. The room was for 3 people yet had only 1 chair at the desk. Rules against bringing any outside food into the room. This rule initially seemed to target durian and seafood which is understandable but then expanded to exclude all food— that is just unreasonable!!
Summary: for the price it didn’t seem worthwhile. I would choose to stay somewhere else maybe smaller that doesn’t make you feel so uncomfortable with extra charges and silly rules.

Perfect location for a beach holiday. All rooms have a view, though would expect the premier rooms to have fantastic ocean view. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Guest relations staff especially. The rooftop pool and bar though beautiful was small.
