Location is good, near to famous temples but little confusing. Room was neat and clean but little small. Wash room was good and clean. Food at the hotel was good. Staff is friendly and cooperative and services was good. Overall good stay.

I stayed here for one night. The location is good, near to all the known temples. The food was simple and decent, tasty without onion garlic. The hotel was renovated recently. The rooms are a little smaller though, but enough if you are staying solo or as a couple. It has all the required amenities. The staff is good, especially ms. Rekha at the reception, is very gentle, polite and soft spoken. Overall, it was a nice stay. As a solo female traveler, i prefer a place that feels safe and i hope hotel soar kamla dham ensures that in future too.

1. Room service was not available at this hotel (if we call to someone for room service, you have to go reception)
2. Our hotel stay 5 days (4days we have booked by online and 1 day we have paid cash on hand)
within package breakfast was included but they have given breakfast only for 2 days (13. 09 & 14. 09) and first three days (10. 09, 11. 09&12. 09) we are asking for breakfast but they are not giving any answer ( ignored. 3. Housekeeping- they have not done as per daily activities such as the cleaning seating areas, washroom, bed, room sweeping. ( only one day they came for cleaning ( arnd 1600 hrs ) after request) 4. Bathroom - water not cleared from floor near wash basin and kamot ( we complained but it's not repairable because floor tiles fitted like that if someone wash in floor the wash water cannot get flow in drainage pipe it will stock in the floor and you will walk in water day and night when you will go to washroom.
